This place is amazing !
Went to the new location where I had a Almond peanut butter smoothie while I shopped around for a bunch of stuff. They have such a huge fricken selection of oils, teas, loose herbs, sea moss and supplements!

I've been going to this store for years but just realized I've never written them a review they helped me with fertility supplements and stuff for cold sores as well can't recommend them enough!

Just moved in this area I was looking for a smoothie shop and happened to find this one they have so many options of tea, herbs and diet supplements also the customer service was excellent I met a tall blonde guy working there he seems to have great customer service skills and a nice smile he explained what each product does for your health he also mentioned that he buys the products there to keep him healthy however I never really see him to often only Saturdays. Anyway 5stars for great customer service care!!!!!! Please buy more products and smoothie

I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment if you value your hard-earned money. This was my second visit to the store in North Lauderdale, and both times I was greeted like a peasant by the manager, The Trini Lady. The manager blatantly side-eyed me the entire time I was looking for vitamins and never once noticed me while I was in the store. She also never bothered to address my questions. She acknowledged the other customer as soon as they entered the store and offered assistance right away. I will never spend any time in this store because I am so furious at the lady who owns it. The woman at Dutchpot treat me better than this !

Great herbal store with reasonable prices that can't be beat! They have a variety of herbs, detoxes, cleansers, vitamins, and supplements. Also, you can find all natural soaps, oils, teas and smoothies here as well. You definitely don't want to leave without ordering a smoothie from the juice bar. I had the red dragon roots tonic and it was delicious. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all products if you need help. Check them out if you're in the area.

Love this place! The smoothie bar is incredible and they use the absolute top ingredients. The products in the store are of the finest quality and they have an amazing amount of variety. Anything I need for any issue. The owner Richard is extremely knowledgeable and expects nothing less from his employees. Highly recommend Jamaica Herbal / Island Juice Bar!

Love love this place I just wish there was an established ingredient list for the newer employees to follow to the tee. When there is a newer employee the smoothies rarely taste the same than when a more seasoned employee makes it. It’s disappointing to know your smoothie may taste different depending on who’s making it, especially when it’s been something you’ve been craving and spent your money on. Also, the newer employees aren’t blending the smoothie out throughly, my smoothie along with my sisters had bits and pieces of the ingredients in the smoothie. Overall very frustrating experience. Wish we could get the same taste every time.

Will never be back to this store. I bought a sealed jar of tumeric, honey, neem, ginger and green tea combination.
When I got home and opened the jar, there was green and black MOLD in the jar. I brought back to the store the very next day for a refund and I was given a very hard time by the African American male that wears glasses, whom I was told is a manager. His customer service of how he spoke to me was totally unacceptable. I then tried to escalate the matter to another manager(Jenny), she was also very condescending, abrupt and impatient with me and cut me off before I finished speaking.
Jenny told me there’s nothing she can do and I need to call the maker of the product, even though I bought it at their store a day earlier.
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.
The warmth and welcoming environment that was across the street before the store moved to this location is definitely gone forever.
