We bought a fridge, washer and dryer from J Days when we moved to town. So much more enjoyable than going to a big box store. Friendly and helpful service, great selection, good pricing. Highly recommend - I just wish we needed more appliances!

Wow, Nick was a great technician today. I had another tech come out from A&E factory two weeks ago and he said it was the theromstat in my oven. Well that was not the case at all, it was the electric power that was not getting to the oven. Nick knew right away and got it fixed. Thanks J& D Appliance!!

Thank you very much ... Gave us a quick time (1.5 days) to come over and fix our diswasher. Tim was extraordinarily polite, explained the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. Also answered related questions like how to use best methods for great cleaning of our dishes ... He went "above-board" in this and in also answering questions about our other appliances ... We will always use J Days Appliance after today's great experience!!

My family has purchased through jay days for as long as I remember so when it came time to purchase several new items for our house there was only one choice of where to go.
I was sadly mistaken and just informed I should’ve bought from big box store.
After purchasing whirlpool (highly don’t recommend) the dishwasher has had nothing but problems, when trying to get service I’m now told I’m outside there service area roughly 25 miles away, so sorry. They knew exactly where I lived but had no problem selling it to me.
They now use gas and cost of insurance for not coming out. Well I travel and repair ag equipment with a large truck for work. Can I say fuels to much? Not a excuse for my small business as I have the follow up customer service. Granted this all started when it was under warranty now out and forced to buy new, I know where I won’t be going this time.

Thanks for pulling up the history Jim, your correct there was only one warranty item however you failed to mention that I had to perform the warranty repair myself as once again you unable to help any further. That was on the dishwasher and then had to order parts for microwave as well that I had to fix.

Fantastic Service! Dryer stopped heating today and I called around to see if I could find service. Kathy was full of information and ideas. She even saved me money by suggesting I bring in the part I thought was bad so they could test it or she would just schedule service for Monday. I decide to bring in the part. They had exactly what I needed and was able to do the part install myself. I feel like most places would not want you do do it u yourself so they could get more money out of you. Not J Day’s, I will go back there every time.

Service Technician Nate stopped by today to deliver a new fridge after the old one quit working. He was incredibly courteous, made sure not to scratch or damage walls or door frames and was quick. Not missing anything and paying attention to details, he also told me how to adjust the temperature for the freezer and fridge and provided proper placement of the fridge so the handles don't accidentally ding the walls when being opened. I would recommend this company for service work and definitely appreciate people like Nate.
