Ivey Carpet & Flooring was incredible to work with throughout the whole process! Jeff is super knowledgeable and went above and beyond in his support for my project😁! I had a very limited amount of time to replace carpet in my bedrooms with luxury vinyl floors as I would only be in town for a bit. Jeff listened to my ideas and guided me to EXACTLY what I was looking for! He answered all my questions in details and made sure all materials would be delivered in time for my arrival for this project.

Walter was wonderful with sending the crew as soon as the materials arrived. He called me right away to install and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. I was blown away by how the work was done so fast, efficiently, and professionally. They did an impeccable job with amazing quality floors!

I’m super impressed with my brand new floors! They came out more beautiful than I imagined. I contemplated cancelling my furniture order, just so I wouldn’t have to cover this stunning masterpiece😂. Anyone who walks into my place compliments my bedroom floors and asks who did my flooring?! Thank you Ivey Carpet & Flooring for making my dream floors come to fruition! 🤩👏

We had an unplanned master shower renovation due to a failed 24 year old shower pan/major leak. It wasn't the best in timing, but we had to do it, so we wanted it to be something timeless, but modern. I can't say enough about Jeff Lynch, Walter and staff. They really went out of their way to help us find the best / affordable options, in light of our untimely project. We are very happy with the outcome. I'm including a picture of "before renovation", followed by the beautiful renovation work with Italian porcelain in brick pattern, a waterfall like cut-glass feature, corner shelving and rainshower adj spray head trims. Still need glass doors, but wow...it's a beauty! Thanks guys!!!!

This year is not like others, having experienced two major Hurricanes, which delayed a lot of renovation work, but that created supply delays, not associated with the ability for Ivey Flooring. Their work was beautifully done. Their guidance and suggestions to achieve the most beautiful shower were very appreciated. Now I just need to order doors! Definitely would recommend Jeff and Walter, and crew, for any shower renovation needs! Thanks guys for a beautiful job!!

Jeff has been great to work with along with all the crew members that have come to do the labor. Great communication and very respectful crews who took extra time to make sure none of my stuff was damaged when moving it out of the way to install flooring.

I have used Ivey flooring twice now. The first time was to replace the carpets in my home. Jeff recommended I purchase a upgraded carpet b/c I didn't want wear marks to show over time. Jeff ensured me the upgraded carpet was the way to go and I would not regret the extra cost in the long run. Three years later and he was correct. My carpet still looks brand new and I'm very happy with it.

The second time used was to have my wood flooring replaced after a contractor working on my kitchen made a huge mistake that flooded a portion of my home. The wood floors were destroyed and no contractor (3 total) said it could be repaired and that it should be replaced. My wood flooring was original to the house and was made of real wood that was glued to the concreate. I loved the original flooring and did not want to replace it, but repairs had to be done b/c the mold underneath the flooring was growing rapidly and I could see the flooring getting worse every day.

The first contractor I called was Jeff with Ivey Carpet & Flooring. Jeff came to my house to see the flooring and ended up giving me contact information for another flooring company. This was b/c trying to repair my glued down flooring was not something they specialized in doing. This level of care is so genuine to me b/c he was recommending another flooring company so I could try to get the existing floors repaired. He could have potentially lost my business by doing so b/c the other flooring company could possibly repair my floors, but they could also replace them if it couldn't be fixed. The company Ivey provided came out to see if the flooring could be repaired, but confirmed they could not.

I went back to Jeff "Ivey" to get new flooring installed b/c I trusted him and his company is very good at what they do. I highly recommend you use them!

Great experience and very happy with Ivey Carpet & Flooring! They were very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with the floor selection process. The installation team was top notch! We completed a total remodel and installed vinyl plank flooring (CoreTec Jakarta Hickory) throughout a majority of our residence. We are very satisfied and pleased with the overall experience. We would highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ivey Flooring!
From our first phone call to the installers finishing our project with a small issue that was unforeseen, everything was handled so professionally!
We recently purchased a home and within days of moving in, the carpet in 3 rooms started to reek of dog urine. We tried everything to clean the carpet a neutralize to odor. Nothing worked.
We contacted Ivey to order the same flooring that was throughout the house and they were able to contact the company, order it and install it within 2 1/2 weeks. Even with our baseboard being higher, the installers were able to purchase the correct sized product and finish the install of approximately 600 sf in 1 day!
I HIGHLY recommend Ivey flooring! Everything came out perfect!
