Just called to schudule an appointment and the person that answered the phone was very rude and impatient. He only cared that I schedule an appointment and wouldn't even let me finish the sentence. Anyhow, I don't wish to do business with anyone that starts off with such negativity. I called back to speak with the owner or the manager and I was told this is not how it works and no one was available.

i made an appointment with this company paid the 60.00 and they came i watched the tech spend 20 minutes and said he can fix it and i had to wait for estimate. i saw the bill i made my call to my buddy who works for a supply house and said i had this part already cause i fridge broke down once before and i remember buying the wrong part and it was this part they needed exact. i called them back said i wanted the repairs done they said no and that it wont be covered i told them ill sign a form for that if need be. come to find out the part costed be 117.00 they charging me 195.00 plus a fee to clean the fridge and it was not dirty and add insult to me they charging me for a part that comes with my part already the thermostat defrost. i decided to do the job myself best ill be sending my bank after them for my 60.00 i would have let them keep it but for being dishonest ill take that back. if you deal with them ask for a detailed bill.

Gave one star because I can't give any less. Worst customer service experience ever !! From the first phone call it was horrible. The only person that was great was Susan.. technician came out to fix my washer and didn't even touch it and I was charged $110.. then when I call back 4 days later because the washer is still not working the logistics Manager states I need to pay an additional $190 to send another technician out to fix the part the original technician should have done.. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for business.... this place is a scam and will only take your money very disappointing

Very difficult company. I called to see if they even have my needed part in stock. Once I book the appt ($55 serv. fee) the technician will call me 30 minutes b4 the appt to tell me if he has the part in stock. I told them cant you just check to tell me if you guys have it in stock I told you exactly what I need. They said they only book the appts. I wrote to them and someone called me back and they transferred the call to parts which is not even there with them. So Ives estate would have to order it then come back to me, if they did not have it in stock. I told them that is a waste of my time because I am telling you what part I need. After providing the part number I asked how much will the repair be? They couldn't answer that either. Not good! I am giving you the diagnoses, the part number that needs to be replaced, it can be done in less then 1 hour (but the least amount you can charge is an hour) but you cant even tell me how much the repair job will be. Didn't even get to set an appt.You lost me.
