I had carpet installed recently, and the entire experience was fantastic. The installers were professional kind and punctual. They got the carpet installed quickly without compromising quality and helped move all the furniture out and put back together at no extra charge. The carpet itself is beautiful high-quality and offered at the best value after shopping it around from start to finish. It is Finished (Lutz) exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and final installation. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of new flooring.

It Is Finished Now just installed high performance water resistant flooring in my entire house. The whole team is great. Robert in sales is very knowledgeable about flooring options, the installation team Jason and Mike are experts, and Vernon the owner is the best. Installing whole house flooring is not an easy project but the It Is Finished team worked really hard to make it as smooth as possible. This was a pleasant experience all around. When we walked in, it was a low pressure environment and Robert was very helpful in helping us find what we needed and the pricing was great. Unlike other vendors I have used recently, the timelines he gave were accurate, and installed our flooring on time a week after a hurricane. Update 5/10/2024: I have changed my review from a 1start to 4 stars. How a company reacts to a problem defines them. It is Finished Now management rose to the occasion with class. Kudos to the installer who spotted a curvature in the second install product and alerted management before installing a potentially faulty product for the second time. New product was picked out and installed the same day.

Terrible install and indifference of management to fix the problems. I hired It Is Finished in September 2023 to replace water damaged flooring in 3 rooms. The installed flooring has over 20 pieces with a manufacturing process defect (photos attached). The floor also creaks like a haunted house with every step. After raising these concerns in an exchange of emails and calls, Adam Powell claimed he reached out to the manufacturer who would call and make an appointment to see the damage. No call occurred. In mid-January, after asking why the manufacturer was not making contact, Adam and the original installer visited at which point the installer claimed he did not put in the bad pieces suggesting that I was responsible for the markings. The installer said it was grease marks that he could remove with a solvent. He tried and failed to remove the marks. Adam then suggested that the floor was supposed to creak and give way at every step. This is not true, my other similar flooring is perfectly quiet after 5 years of use. Adam also stated the flooring was fine for people who wanted to flip houses (I am not flipping houses as this has been my home for over a decade).The visit finished with another promise to reach out to a manufacturing representative and make things right. In March 2024, after still not hearing from the manfacturer I filed a complaint with the BBB. Even after a complaint with the BBB no manufacturing representative has reached out and Adam/It Is Finished have done nothing to remedy the situation. It has now been almost 6 months. It Is Finished should have replaced the flooring and then taken it up with manufacturer for reimbursement.

Do not engage with It IS Finished Flooring, they have unprofessional staff, unprofessional installers, poor quality and they do not stand behind their work.

The photo shows a picture of two pieces that I selected next to a piece with the balck markings on the end. There aree over 20 pieces with the black markings that were installed.
