After ordering kitchen vinyl, bath tile and electrical services involving multiple schedules and 3 contractors, communication all but stopped. We were never informed about schedule or status unless we called. Multiple times. We only learned about delays or status when we contacted them. Never before. Contractors had not been told details about their jobs until they arrived on site. Everything was eventually installed and correctly. Lack of Communication was so serious we couldn't use them again.
