When you hire a full service company- that offers the promise of "Customer service is the cornerstone of our company, and from concept to completion" but instead delivers-

*Many INCORRECT pieces(which were not confirmed at the warehouse) but delivered anyway
*DAMAGED pieces(not inspected) prior to delivery
*Significant delays-a year plus-holding your deposits ( blaming Covid even after a year or two into the pandemic)
*Wait time over one year to be told order will not come in for kitchen chairs.
*Tremendous stress and aggravation
*Wasting your time waiting for incomplete/incorrect deliveries
*A lack of concern that required hundreds of emails to garner attention
and the list goes on....

Fortunately we reached the completion(after close to 3 years) with some compensation but CANNOT recommend the company .

They have the most talented group of designers and I truly could have not complete my projects without their expertise. I would highly recommend using them for your next renovation!

We worked with a terrific decorator , Sybil. great taste, wonderful direction . Browns has amazing furnishings, artwork, lighting ,great craftsman, woodwork, cabinet makers, etc. They back up their products completely. I'm very pleased with everything they did for me.
