Also, I must say the crew maintained an impeccable work space. I really appreciated how neat and tidy everything was daily. They were kind respectful and polite at all times. We worked with Bobby, while he was polite, when we had a problem with the fan not working on our gas fireplace, they did not stand behind their product and referred us to the manufacturer. It took months of him putting us off to come to this . We are Very unhappy and Do Not recommend them.

I bought an Osburn Horizon stove (his recommendation) after talking to Gary about what would fit into my space. It was very hard to find even one firebox that would work. His crew under Francisco did a excellent job on tear out, install, roofing, drywall, finish carpentry and paint. They had to troubleshoot a vent stack in the wrong place, electrical wiring and getting an outside air intake. No problem, everything works beautifully! Fixed a hole in my roof as well, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
They were a pleasure to work with.

We had them install a woodburning stove 9 years ago and were very pleased. We went back on Friday to look for another stove for a new house we are buying. We were in the showroom for almost 30 minutes and no one contacted us or so much as checked in . How odd. We left and I doubt that we will be back.

Gary's recommendation of a Heatilator stove for our space turned out to be just what we needed. His installation crew was prompt, friendly and professional and they very much wanted to ensure everything was done to code. There is no question that these people take pride in doing a good job and I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. We love our new stove!

We purchased two gas fireplaces (one Mendota and one Kozy Heat) and one modular masonry wood-burning fireplace (FMI) from Inside and Out. All three products are of top quality and work very well. The sales staff, the installers and the company owner are all good, honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking people. We are currently restoring two more old Victorian homes and plan to get bids from Inside and out for fireplaces in those homes as well.

Also, the owner of Inside and Out has an insulation company as well. They did a great job installing spray foam insulation in a house for us, and we plan to solicit bids from them on insulating additional houses for us in the future. April and Mark
