Ingrid came to our mobile and was quick to diagnose our problem with our washer. The price to repair was very reasonable and the turnaround to bring it to her shop and back was a day. Ingrid and her staff were super to work with and very personable. When we require another appliance I will surely visit her shop. There service is awsome and highly recommended.

Ingrid hired our company to complete electric work in her building for a fire inspection. The county shut her business down until she did the necessary repairs. I have tried to collect money from Ingrid since July after work completion. I reduced our bill by more than half to try and accommodate for her unfortunate situation and she still will not pay us the amount agreed upon. Every time I call her she has an excuse. I would not trust this business owner.

I've bought good quality, clean, affordable, used appliances from Ingrid probably at least a dozen times over the past 20 years, both for personal family use and for the rental properties I manage. This woman is an absolute blessing. Not only is she honest and caring, She has such a great sense of humor. I encourage anybody who buys a fridge from this woman.
Give her an extra hundred dollars. She deserves it. She works hard she's honest she's fair. Her and people like her deserve to be rewarded for being real people.

Went in because we needed a washer and looked at the Google reviews. As we walked in there was a strong degreaser smell as Ingrid herself were cleaning all the appliances.That is the smell of an owner that prides herself with what she sells. Wife picked the one she wanted for $295, fairly new. Mind you that you can choose what you want in your price range. We had a great conversation with Ingrid. Who is knowledgeable and friendly. They delivered within the hour and hooked up everything to make sure it works. So far we are happy with our purchase and will update in the future. Kudo's to her and her staff.

I called This appliance place to inquire about parts for a refrigerator and was told to come down in person. I brought the damaged parts. The owner Ingrid took the parts and said it would take a couple of hours to find the parts and that she would call when she did, but also told me to call if I had not heard from her because she was busy. I explained it was very important that I got these parts today. It was only about 12 pm. The hours of this business are 11 AM to 6 PM. I thought I gave her more than enough time and called at 4 pm as she never called me. No answer. I preceeded to call her several more times. No answer. Now, she has my parts so I can't even go anywhere else. I drive all the way back down to her place thinking the phones may have an issue. When I got there at 4:30 PM there was no one there. The open sign was lit and the hours clearly on the door. No sign about having to leave. I wanted 50 miles of driving because she never called me. The next day, (Today) I called and she finally answered at 11:30 AM, I explained who I was and about calling and driving all the way down for nothing and she said that was on me for not calling, but I told her I did call her. Several times. Then she told me she left early for an emergency fridge repair. So I asked her why she didn't call and she deflected right back to me taking no responsibility. She said just come, she had my parts, I asked for a small discount for all my trouble and she refused and said it was all on me. Then said everyone wanted money from her today. Maybe it's the way she runs her business? She said just come down and hung up on me. We got the parts and was still unapologetic and she does not have much customer service skills. I own a business and would never treat a customer this way. I was very disappointed and would never go back to Ingrids again.

I have had the pleasure of doing business and purchasing wonderfully refurbished washer/dryer/fridge for my homes for the last 15 years from Ingrid. She honest, very fair priced and a master of her profession. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my appliances. Appliances are clean, work perfectly, last longer and better than the high priced box stores that cost a small fortune. Highly recommend. Thanks Ingrid ?
