I have never been so excited 🤩 to do laundry! Ok, so I only just now got my new Speed Queen TC5 delivered and installed and I've got it going through an inaugural heavy duty wash with sanitizer. Look at the water level first off 👀 There's ACTUAL GENUINE H2O in there to get my clothes clean and rinsed. . . and this is not even the deep fill option yet. 🎉

A big thank you to Roger from Independent Appliance, who got me the info I needed and set it up so his colleague Greg came and installed this little gem. Both were GREAT to talk to! We truly appreciate down to earth, knowledgeable pros sharing good advice, with a great sense of humor. We'll be pleased to have these professionals service our non-Speed-Queen appliances as they break down.

Very disappointing service this guy came to my house to give me a quote on my Whirlpool dishwasher for 460 dollars for a motor at 298 dollar which I didn’t find not one whirlpool motor for more then 150. This man tried to convince me that a whirlpool microwave would be 320 dollars for a part and service. Thanks to him trying to charge me over prices I found a cheaper company, to bad I can’t get my hour back or 95 dollars back of him wasting my time thinking he was going to get 460 for a dishwasher and 320 for a microwave. I repeat do not waste your time find another business to support. Next time I’m going to make sure I read the google reviews because I’m not his first victim of this scam.

They made great promises but when it came down to it they got their money and I was stuck with a still broken dryer. I'm a single, disabled mom of 4 kids and JUST had a hip replacement. While in surgery, my son breaks down on our van so it's out of commission then next someday the dryer stops working. Belt came off, this guy made it seem cut n dry easy to fix ...they get in tear it apart and find $300+ wrong with it. I don't have that of course ..I can barely walk and I still get charged almost $100. I lost my van, my dryer and my hip in 4 days!! They couldn't waive the house call fee for that?! It's literally just me, 4 kids, and our only income is my disability. All I asked was for compassion and help. WWJD? We will let everyone we know what happened and not to use this company unless you just have money to throw away and we will keep y'all in our prayers that y'all find y'all's way to the lord🙏🏻 Thank you. Like I said, I'll pray for you. Well your comment wasn't 100% true at all, I told you I couldn't afford that and I was told you'd see what you could do for me and this was it. Wasn't supposed to even be up out of bed after my surgery and crying cause I'm in an impossible situation, in pain from surgery and it's obvious y'all are all about the money and NOT the community you serve. No heart or soul. I'll be sharing this with my family and friends. Lots of Whom ask me who to go to and this company won't be it.

We discovered Independent Appliance repair after being told by a national service company(waiting two weeks for the initial appointment )that they longer worked on our Whirlpool refrigerator. We contacted Independent and had an appointment within a week. The part was ordered and the repair made within 2 weeks. The consultant fee was cheaper and the cost of the parts and labor were reasonable. We now know who to call for appliance repair. The technician was professional and polite. He cleaned up immediately. Took all packaging with him and explained what the issue and repair in detail. Independent even called us as soon as the part arrived to schedule the return and arrived within 3 days. Thrilled with the service!
