I took my vacuum with a jammed waste container release button to Imperial Vacuum, showed it to a very friendly man at the counter who took it to a technician in the back. Fifteen minutes later it was handed back to me fixed and working great. And the best part, it was all done without charge. Great place for all of your vacuum repairs!!!

I had a problem with a newly purchased vacuum and John was absolutely phenomenal in handling the issue. Rather than insisting on repairing the equipment, he immediately offered to replace it with a new one. He was very customer-focused and easy to work with. Love this store! They sold we a used Dyson a year ago and gave me a one year warranty ( and it was a great deal!). I love this vacuum, but had a small problem. Brought it back in exactly one year to date from the beginning of the warranty and they honored it! Gave me a new battery no questions asked. Scott is great. Nice to do businesss with someone who stands behind their product!

Scott and his son are very helpful and fair on pricing. I brought a central vac system that had many issues. I told them I was not concerned with cosmetics as long as it worked well. They shaped everything up and was ready same day. Good people

Took my vacuum in for a repair. When I picked it up two weeks later, it worked... For one use. Then it fizzled out, again. Took it back. They charged me less, but they still charged me for coming back with a vacuum that they had not been able to fix. Brought it home again after another two weeks (they didn't call me to tell me it was ready, I had to call) and the exact same thing happened. Worked great for exactly one half of one use, and fizzled out in the exact same way. Either my vacuum was just near the end of its life (shocking, since it's only two years old) or they did not how to fix it, tried, failed, and were willing to charge me again to try again to fix it in the same way. Very disappointed. In two months I have vacuumed one rug and I can't even stand walking on my own floor.
