Great opportunity to pickup ikea item without driving i4 till tampa.

you need to check in at the dhl gate make sure you received your READY FOR PICKUP NOTICE! do not drive over there if it not ready they will not let you in.

otherwise after you check in you get your item 5 minutes later hauled to your car.

wish all ikea experience would be so easy and quick.

it's just am pickup location! So no shopping or browsing also NO Swedish food here.

Decided to pick up our IKEA kitchen cabinets order here, instead of have it delivered and thrown done from a truck and dealing with impatient delivery team while checking all the millions of items in the order.
We didn’t regret our decision!
Pick up was fast, the employees here were beyond helpful and amazing, helping us checking and loading everything!

I ordered a piece of furniture that wasn't available at the Tampa IKEA at the distribution center. It was the same distance from my house. We showed up, greeted by security, directed to their loading area, and I didn't even have to get out of the car. It was a fantastic experience.

I ordered an item for pickup at a collection point near my home. It is my first time ordering online from IKEA. I must say I'm shocked at how poor the customer service and delivery experience is from a company of this size and age. My package not only did not arrive on time, but I also did not receive a FEDEX tracking number. First phone call to IKEA was told to wait for package. Second call they said I had to call FEDEX and track it. So it's the customer's responsibility to track the package IKEA shipped? Finally IKEA said they would call FEDEX, and that it was ready to be picked up (is it really there?). No email, nothing. I'm on my way to the pickup point so I hope it is there. IKEA you are failing with customer delivery and service: better study AMAZON.

My order has been sitting in this distribution center for over a month after they marked it as shipped and created the fed ex ticket. They have not handed it over to fed ex. Ikea customer service says they can’t do anything about it and I just have to wait for the distribution center to do their job.

Super nice alternative to driving all the way to Tampa! Signs are small so, pay attention and veer left as you come in the driveway.
