We are new to the area and needed the usual set of appliances: fridge, washer, and dryer. We found everything we wanted at the Paso Robles store, and with the gentle guidance of Gary Porter we selected a very nice set of LG products. The installation crew, Justin and Jack, were TERRIFIC, and got us up and running in no time. Highly recommended!

I own a vacation rental company in Cambria and Idlers is our go-to appliance company. Kevin helped me with a dryer recently, and was so patient and helpful. Even when we had to send back the gas dryer for an electric dryer...and again when our owner decided instead, on the matching dryer instead of his other choice. Poor guy. The mattress department is also wonderful. Colleen and Kevin were crazy knowledgeable a big help. Paso Robles is lucky to have such a great store!

Great experience! Our fridge died on Saturday and Justin helped us get a new one same day. While shopping, power went out in the whole area and Justin patiently used his phone flashlight to keep showing us models until they could get a generator running. Great selection of options and discounts, as well as affordable delivery/install.

Great job from start to finish team. Diane was wonderful in helping to furnish our entire apartment home four weeks prior to our Veteran’s Day Ceremonies with the family. We picked out our favorite Ashley brand furniture options at her desk. We paid for the delivery and setup option. Three weeks later, the apartment was setup and furnished. We have been purchasing hundreds of appliances from Idlers for over 38 years for new construction, rentals and our own home. Tried Home Depot one time and was totally disappointed with HD delivery service. During 38 years of service from Idlers we have worked with many different sales, service, and delivery personnel. We have had great experiences with all of them. That does not happen by accident. It happens because of a deep seated culture of service and carrying.
