This was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I had won from a drawing a 3 day and 2 night stay at a hotel of my choice from a list they had, but they had to come to my house and do a demonstration. After they called me 2 and 3 times a day every single day for a few weeks I finally answered the phone and heard that’s what they were calling about so we set a time after I got off work. My family is a family of 5 so there’s always a lot going on. Not only do they NOT SHOW UP but they don’t even bother to call and tell me. So after 30 minutes of them not showing up or calling I called them and spoke with Harley and she tells me very rudely that she tried to call me at 3:00 today to cancel because they didn’t have a rep in the area. And by the way I have no record of a call from them at all today and I know their number because they have called so many times. Let me remind you they are the ones that asked if this time and day would work, but she didn’t leave a voicemail because so many people call and cancel on them. I asked Harley if she thought that was good customer service to not leave a voicemail letting me know they couldn’t make it just because so many people cancel on them!? She not only interrupts me but was hateful and completely unprofessional. I will never recommend this company or buy anything from them EVER. My husband and I were actually really excited for the get away because like I said we are a family of five (3 girls) and have never gotten away by ourselves and I was interested in their product as well but they lost this customer!!!!! This was a terrible experience and honestly I’m shocked that they do this to people.

Mother Inlaw had these people work on her hyla they took the power head to their place to repair and never got it back . I even Called and spoke with the owner said it would be returned well 3 yrs later she still has a useless $2,400 vacuum .
