We recently booked the Eagle Park Community Building for my son's birthday party, and the experience was fantastic. Melba was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. Additionally, Cathrine, who came to open and close the building, was extremely courteous and friendly. The facility was perfect for our event, and all our guests were very impressed with the premises. It was a blast for the kids, especially with the playground providing lots of fun. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

Completely overbearing, nosey and useless. They're sticklers about the smallest things, raise HCCA homeowner taxes every year and most the money usually goes to useless projects that never truly benefit anyone but the HCCA. Locals Cant even use the parks without the constant feeling of being watched now due to the recent influx of excessive security cameras (IN NEIGHBORHOODS WITH ESSENTIALLY NO CRIME)

we have been living in Hunter's Creek since 2014 and the experience both as a resident and as an investor has been amazing. The team of professionals that works for the community association are respectful, helpful and easy to work with. we feel that they are a big reason why Hunter's Creek is one of the best neighborhoods in Orlando.

Worst community stay away, they’re pompous and only look out for themselves and pay for themselves. Not helpful when asking questions or trying to understand things. Rude and condescending when it’s their job to help.

To me it seems like Hunter Creek association management and directors have no heart and soul whatsoever for struggling families.
am surprised and almost speechless that during a pandemic that you should even send a letter such as what I received on Sept 26th, 2021 .
During the pandemic, I did not receive any communication as to how myself or my family or for that matter how any Hunters Creek residents are coping with these terrible times, with so many families struggling, no employment, no food on their table or families members deceased due to Covid.
Residents of Hunters creek did not received an offer assistance or a sympathy letter, or any type of offer of help whatsoever. Shame on Hunters Creek HOA directors and management and your greedy attorney.
