I've been buying from Hudson's for a number of years, however this past visit was a change for the worse. I ordered about 100 pieces of pallet racking and was told it was in stock. I drove 2 hours to find it was not really all there. The warehouse 'gang' pieced together what they thought word work for me, but would not let me help load or verify the parts. After arriving back to our warehouse (another 2 hours away) I found they gave me beams for tire racks and not flat shelves. Also over 50% of the beams didn't even fit the uprights. They adamantly refused to give me a refund, saying their credit card machine., "Can't do credits'. Also when my driver showed up to drop off the order, the manager made a fake call to me to authorize an in-store credit. I did not authorize this. Pretty shady to make a few bucks and lose a customer for life. Run from this place and find someone with customer service who cares.

Beware! Eric Hudson sent us pictures of Walmart shopping carts and we put down a $1500 deposit - our invoice specifically says Walmart carts as pictured in photos sent. Weeks later we were informed those carts were not available but they had Kmart carts that needed some work but that they would fix up. We rented a truck and drove several hours to pickup carts that were NOT what was pictured and certainly not fixed up. Most of the wheels were broken, pieces falling off, and super rusty. We were offered that they would do some more work to them but we'd have to wait even longer and drive hours again. Now they refuse to give our money back, despite having email and text chain to prove that we were not receiving what we had been sold. Thank goodness we were able to provide all of this proof to our bank to file a dispute and get our money back! We totally feel scammed and I wish we had looked at all the negative reviews before putting our money down

I regret not reading these reviews prior to doing business with this crook. I came to the warehouse in person before placing my order, and was assured by the "General Manager" that their products would be in great condition, and all the same brand of shelving. Upon arrival, 1/3rd of the pieces were damaged and many more were worn and covered in adhesive labels (I was specifically told it would not be this way). I attempted to call the "Manager" that I bought them from for over one week without getting through or getting a call back. I finally had the displeasure of speaking with the owner, Eric, only to be told I was lying about the condition of the products delivered, and that he would not stand behind what was sold to me. I got an insulting lecture about how much he sells, and how I was the first one to ever make this type of complaint. As the reviews prove, I am among many to have made the poor decision of patronizing this company with the same outcome. I've also learned (while sharing my review across the web), the employees of this company (including the crook owner) are the only people that have placed positive reviews - under fictitious names; too stupid to even change their photos for the fake identities. I will make it a priority to inform as many people as I can about what a crook this person is. I cringe at even giving this company one star.

I bought 10 sections of Gondola shelving from here. They were efficient and patient with us (Being a university) it took us a bit to work out payment to them. I will certainly recommend this company and will work with them in the future when I need their services again.

Horrible Service. Purchased 2 cubicles which were supposed to be setup at the warehouse to ensure all parts and pieces were there. Showed up 3 hours late to install, took over 5 hours to build them, no walls were connected, missing parts and leaning. Now they will not return my call or make things right. Will NEVER use again.

Great experience! They had everything I needed to set-up shop at the price I was looking to spend. Saved so much I was able to get more than I expected and now I have more than enough inventory storage which will be convenient when expanding my business.

Sean, General Manager, at Hudson's helped our non-profit organization in a pinch and we are very pleased with our purchase!! I bought 4 clothing racks for our clothing donation room and given the ease of purchase and great pricing, I will definitely be purchasing from them again for our other offices.

I was able to furnish my new business's shelf and gondola needs for 1/10th the price of buying it new. I wasn't expecting the quality of service I received, but have to say that I will definitely be using them when I open locations in the future. A+!
