Top notch company. Fridge went on the blink. Called on a Friday morning and they were already booked till Monday. I understood. Then called back said they had a cancellation and could come today. I had something going on and they planned around MY schedule. Showed up, very professional and friendly tech. I believe his name is Bobby. Fixed my fridge and I didn’t loose any food. My go to company for any and all appliance repair from here on out. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience. My technician was Steve and he was really up front about what could be wrong and gave me two estimates based on which one it ended up being. Thankfully, it was the cheaper option but even the more expensive option was not a crazy price. I would highly recommend this business!

Called on Monday, came on Wednesday. The Ice Maker dispenser did not work. They had the part, put it on and were done in 30 minutes. Great service and communication and reasonable price. You guys Rock!

Kay at the office returned my call from the weekend promptly and got us on the schedule for the next day during that phone call I provided her with the model number (hoping they would carry spare parts for that specific model). Steve (I'm pretty sure his name was Steve) was communicative, and gave us about 30 minute warning prior to him coming, which was early in the morning (awesome we weren't without for another day). He troubleshot it expertly in no time we were back up and running as he had the part on him to repair! 🙂

They go above and beyond! Super quick and friendly service. Hard to find people like this anymore! Fixed our dryer in about 20 minutes. Will definitely use again if needing an appliance repaired!

They arrived when they said they would ( A day earlier in my case because of a canceled appointment) and found and fixed the problem of our dryer within 30 minutes. Service call and total cost is very reasonable. I especially appreciated the lady who answered my call in the first place, very patient and professional. And the technician who fixed our dryer is very professional and has a delightful sense of humor. They are a great team! I would highly recommend their service. I am so glad that I find my appliance repair store in town!

Got my washing machine spinning again! They showed up when they said they were going to show up and they worked hard to get the piece off my washer to save me money. Excellent customer service. Nice people. I will never use anyone else for appliance repairs.
