We purchased a “working” oven from them and when it was delivered, the door was so crooked it won’t latch. I tried to explain to the supervisor that if my oven won’t latch it won’t be usable. She proceeding to use some curse words about how it was not new and how I should leave my husband for buying a used stove for me. If you shop there, know that the owners are not only making money off of the trash they sell but see you as trash. Never had such a horrible customer service experience from anyone.

Do not go to this store. They are scammers and liars. They sold me a fridge that was not working properly, when they told me is was in prefect condition. I contacted a tech that they gave me a number to who was unprofessional, made races comments, and also mentioned they are scamming people everyday. Save your money. I will be filing a law suit against them.

I wish I saw these review BEFORE I bought my refrigerator. They are scamers!!! Things to know, delivery: they say they will take your old unit, they will not and they just left my new unit sitting in the garage. for their "one year warranty" you have to bring the unit to them to fix, which I just found out. The refrigerator they did deliver did not even work, 4 days later they brought another fridge, obviously after I lost all my food. There is a stamp on the hand written receipt that says door to door and in shop for repairs but its so insignificant its over looked. Beware, their adds are all over facebook and they seem so nice when you call, that you never question a thing. On facebook they do not say Houston Appliance Nation probably because of the bad reviews on here, please pay attention to the address, 221 Baker Road, when on facebook. I have called the police on them for "scaming" and they verified many complaints have been filed against this business. I will also be reporting them to the attorney general. Do I have the time in my life for this no, but that passionate about this businees being shut down. From what I have been told, people usually give up the fight or take them to small claims to get their money back. Sad part, I was told the elderly really fall victim to them. this might not fall under the "stealing/theif" law in Texas but they are definitely trying to steal your money by deception. Please I implore you not to go here.

Beware scammers !!! They’re selling broken appliances and not telling people there is no exchange or refund until they take your money! Then they want you to bring it back. Mad customers are up here trying to beat up employees because they’re rude and lie! WARNING HEAARE DO NOT BUY!!! Given something totally different than what we asked for and was told it work 100% with zero problems !!! Never worked not one time !!! No compassion the owner rom patel should be sued and shut down.

If I could give them less than one star I would, they literally scammed my in laws and now they are out not only the money but also still don’t have a stove and with the weather potentially being so bad these next couple days
It’s such a shame for a “company” would be so horrific to the public.

Went to Home Depot and purchased the same washer/dryer for %10 cheaper. They are scammers

Had someone pull the refrigerator in my kitchen to realize about 45 mins later it almost flooded my house !

This place will completely rip you off, I purchased what was supposed to be a new washer and dryer that was wrapped up in cellophane tight enough to hold it together. When they dropped it off and we started pulling back the wrapping, the LED and corners were all cracked and broken. There is only 1 thing that I hate worse than liars and that's thieves. These people are both. There is a reason why they want cash or zelle. Stay away. If I could reduce the stars to 0, I would.
