I went here today looking for a sofa, the store is well laid out, lots of options, very friendly staff, and no matter how many questions i asked and how annoying i might have been, the team was so nice and answered all my question.

They did not pressure me for anything (to be transparent, i did not buy anything), they did try and work with me to give me the best price on what was available. I like this place, and recommend a visit.

Let me start with the punchline: Nancy and House of Values is awesome. Their showroom is hugely understated but the folks here punch waaayyyyy above their weight class. I could write a really long review explaining how disappointing the various places from where I've purchased furniture have been. But all you need to know is that Nancy went above and beyond to give me a great price and ensure the quickest delivery possible cross-country and mid-pandemic. The experience wasn't without its hiccups, but she made things right. Buy your furniture here, end or story.

I worked with Kim on ordering my new dining table. Very friendly and helpful. Table was very reasonably priced. Quoted for an 8-week lead time, it was ready in 3 weeks! Price included delivery to my condo in San Francisco. Delivery men were professional and friendly. The table is absolutely gorgeous. From start to finish, a very positive experience.

The price is really good for the quality of the furniture. The owner is the nicest person I have ever met! I forgot my wallet in the store and she asked my credit card company to contact me, she stayed 40 minutes late after the store close for me to get my wallet back.
