UPDATE...There was a mix up with the name of the supplier and I'm now giving the vendor I purchased. from in Colorado a 4 star review of their product! Sorry to the Horizon Distributors you received the review and thank you for contacting me with the correction and resolve!

Honestly enough, I'm giving a 1 star review because (after 10 days of waiting for delivery, 2 emails and several phone calls to a number that says "the mailbox is full and cannot receive any more calls, goodbye" AND, no tracking number) I am disappointed with the lack of response from Ranch Wholesale / Horizon, Inc. My Credit Card account shows the sale went through however, no product! I would like to change my review to awesome but how can I with no product to show for it? They said they will send a link for tracking, never got it...maybe my order just fell through the cracks but I want some kind of explanation or something from them to know which way to go. POOR customer service so far, especially when a recording says "mailbox is full, goodbye!"

In reading a couple reviews claiming poor customer service, I'm absolutely surprised (even skeptical). I've been a customer there for probably 10+ years, and have never had anything close to a negative customer service experience. I rarely spend a great deal of money at Horizon (wish I could), and yet the staff have always been super friendly and helpful!

Over priced and add extra charges to the bill. I had a new engine installed took it back to the my shop started it up it smoked the belt out. When I was picking up my machine from a over priced repair I asked about a echo 2620 trimmer. They quoted me over $650. I went and bought one for $329 at another dealer. Over priced and dishonest what a shame too I run all Exmark mowers and boss snowplows which they are the dealer for. Guess I’ll find another dealership!!! No one cares over there I stated the problem to two different people and the last one said yeah that was before I was here. Great customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I dropped of my home version echo trimmer, bought from Home Depot, Christmas week. I had to call them three weeks later and it was not fixed yet. I called three weeks after that and the said it was ready and that they were testing it out but I could pick it up anytime. When I arrived to pick up my trimmer I was told that they do not fix residential echo machines. This is the place that echo tells you to go to get them fixed for some reason. The worker told me that he was sorry but the person in that department was not in. Not sure why they had my machine for over two months and never fixed it and also never called to say that they were not able to fix the trimmer. Would not recommend this company for any product purchase or repair. Very dissapointed

Very helpful. Had just the part I needed at a good price. Went out of their way to fix a pole saw for me and didn't even charge me (only needed a couple bolts but just the same).

If you are in the market for a new commercial mower, trimmer, blowers, or chain saws this is the place to go. They also have various sizes of snow plows.

If your equipment needs to be serviced, they can do the repairs for you.
