I recently encountered a Hoolihan Plumbing truck on the road, and unfortunately, the driver’s behavior left a negative impression. The individual was driving inattentively, showing little regard for road safety. It’s concerning to see this type of behavior from someone who represents a company, as their actions reflect directly on the business.

Professionalism doesn’t end at the job site—it extends to how employees conduct themselves in public, especially while driving a company-branded vehicle. I would recommend that Hoolihan Plumbing remind their team of the importance of safe and courteous driving to maintain a positive reputation in the community.

It took him less than 15 minutes to do a simple job and it cost me $150! I am on a limited income and that is $135 for a job that was replacing a $15 part. Not happy about this as they have done better in the past.

UPDATE: May 6, 2023 - Ed (owner) came out again to run snake as I was afraid of another possible clog. Ed suggested to get the septic cleaned out and then we'll know if it's just that or possible drain field problems. Thanks Ed for coming on a Saturday morning. Price went up from last time as with everything else!

Was referred to Hoolihan by Owner Shaun at Aqua Logic (who does my water system) as I was have signs of problems with possible clog. I called and spoke with owners wife, Barbara at Hoolihan. She confirmed what I thought that it did sound like I needed to have a snake run through. They sent out Ryan, very nice and polite and seemed knowledgeable. Ran snake at clean out and doesn't seem to be having same issue. Price was reasonable. I would call again if needed. Thank you for coming on a Saturday in a timely manner!

They did a repipe of all water lines in my house, then they had to replace all the leaky and clogged water drain line from my kitchen sink. They came right out when I called Was on time. Is a hard working crew! Special thanks to Austin who worked hard to repair our kitchen drain. He is one good plumber

I set an appointment to have a fixture installed and was told arrival in the afternoon the following day. Nobody called to confirm and nobody showed up.

I wanted to support a neighbor but I guess I have to go elsewhere.

How are you supposed to be a plumbing company but don’t even have a working phone service it says I can’t call u at all on any phone 1 start do better

This is not a company you need to go to. Find someone else the owner is a good guy but his son is not. After his father gave me a quote the son came to do thw work even though I told them I had to have a complete repipe and a new water pump when i was quoted he wouldn't so it for the price on my receipt it even says full repipe and new tank. I would have found a different company had they just said the couldn't do it for the price I was told
