The gentlemen that hooked up my new washer hooked the hot water up to the cold intake port which resulted in the washer overheating. They refused to replace it or even come look at it. The only reason I found out was because it overheated mid wash cycle and when I lifted the lid it was full of scalding hot water despit being set on cold. Absolutely ridiculous given how expensive the machine plus delivery was. I'm now having to go through the manufacturer to try and get damaged parts replaced. It's only been a month that I've owned this washer.

Very friendly and helpful. Reason for 2 stars is the fact they have a light that strobes all night. We have to go out our way to miss it or i have a seizure. I thought they would fix it. But nope , not epelipsy friendly. Sorry that's the only reason for 2 stars because the staff is beyond great

Brandi at the Perry Store is such a pleasure to work with. When we bought our new home in 2019, we bought a new washer and dryer set with extended warranties. We have had to utilize that warranty a couple of times over the past several years. Recently, our washer and dryer needed repairs and the warranty company chose to issue full credits towards a new set. Today, they delivered our new LG set & the delivery guys did a great job. They were friendly, called ahead with an eta and were right on time. They were courteous and answered all my questions. They were very professional during the installation process. I highly recommend Badcock in Perry and I wouldn't purchase anything without extended warranties, they are worth every penny. Ty Brandi & Staff
