I love this place of business.
The father victor and son hugh place of business is family owned
My family and i walked into they're store and hugh the son was the first person we met. He help my lady an i to the best of his ability.
Then we met the father an we see were he gets his sharpness from.
When you visit the business tell them Earl Flowers sent you, then you add your response to my statement.
They installed the bed for me also great work guys
Thanks as you can see my kids loves they're bunk bed.

These guys are extremely sketchy. Not a trustworthy
business. I was initially told that I could change my mind. Well I did and asked for my deposit back for a $460 twin bed and they decided keep HALF of the amount paid “for their troubles.” Wouldn’t even let me get anything of equal value. As a former long time customer, I urge you to shop elsewhere.

UPDATE:
- 2022 - Receipt as requested. How am I lying about you keeping half the amount?

Please point out where you indicated that my item was a special order. Did you not have a copy? Because mine does not say so. Also the fact that you gave me half of my money back (which shows on the receipt) sort of goes against that idea don’t you think?
This is not to turn attention away from the fact that you stole money from me last year. Thank you Huan 🙂

Can’t believe you would accuse me of lying. Shall I upload pictures of the receipt? I advise you to inform your customers that you will not be refunding them their money in the future, so people like me don’t have to warn them.

I bought furniture from here since shopping around i found this one to be the most affordable one. Turns out when I had my furniture delivered, the twin mattress was the wrong size. I called to inform about the problem and i was told that i had to return the mattress and buy a thiner one. At the cost of my pocket for an error they made? What does that tell you? The delivery guys are sarcastic (asking for their tip). I'm a generous person when it comes to tipping so there was no need for them to be sarcastic about their tip. Plus, one of the delivery guys mention that it has been a problem before where the owner doesn't procide essential information to the customers about their orders.

Terrible costumer service, this place needs sellers that actually care for the business. There were two representatives that literally ignored us when we came in. We had no help or service whatsoever.
