I’ve probably spent thousands here in the past. Sofas, chairs, tables, mirrors, art…the inventory was amazing up until about 1.5 - 2 years ago. Now it looks like Home Goods.

I went in today for the first time in a while and I noticed a pair of stadium chairs. As I looked up the brand online to see if it was a good deal (it wasn’t—it was cheaper new online actually) an employee, a large woman with dry bleached hair, made a beeline towards me and hovered behind me awkwardly pretending to rearrange a chair or something.

Having worked in retail as a teen, after a couple of minutes it was obvious she was trying to make sure I wasn’t going to steal (steal what I don’t know—too much cheap junk). I decided to continue standing in place to see if she’d ever stop breathing down my neck. After an awkward attempt at making inane small talk, she finally went back behind the counter. At no other point did any other customers in the store receive the same bizarre, uncomfortable treatment.

All in all, I won’t be back here. I don’t really need to be racially profiled in a shop that looks like a yard sale.

I love this store so much ! The staff is super helpful. The crazy reviews on here must be from some really off beat mentally ill individuals. I have shopped here for 10 years and the Manager Melissa has been the absolute best. Some people obviously don't know the protocols of the business and strike out to attack when things don't go there way. It's so easy to hide behind a computer screen and fire off a bunch of nonsense.
I will continue to shop at this location because of the excellent customer service I always receive from everyone that works here.

Simply elegant, beautiful & unique home decor- furniture, artwork, tableware, vases, mirrors, lamps, etc- at good prices. Wish I had found this place when we first relocated to the area! I always check here for new treasures when I’m in the area. Recent happy purchases include an iconic bar cart & modern champagne glasses that pop! Staff are welcoming & helpful.

I absolutely love this store. They truly have hidden gems for a fraction of the price. I have also sold furniture pieces through them and the process was easy, streamlined and stress free. I first emailed photos of my items, they approved and gave me an idea of pricing, they scheduled a truck to pick up my items and mailed me a check once the items sold in store. I was very pleased with my experience.

I put an item on hold to measure it and called back to purchase over the phone, but they wouldn't take my credit card unless I sent private information via email. The manager was incredibly rude and refused to sell me the item I put on hold.

I think the manager is toxic, rude to customers, and forces business practices that harm trust and ultimately cost this business $$$

Really sad since it's in such a great area, it could really thrive under better management. I'll be calling BBB and hope things change
