We were excited to discover Home Collections Furniture so close to us and visited to find chairs for our newly purchased custom-made table. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment due to a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

The salesman who attended to us was rude and condescending, making us feel unwelcome from the start. He made offensive comments implying that we couldn’t afford anything in the store, which was both inaccurate and hurtful. To make matters worse, he even suggested we visit AFW "a low budget store in his opinion" instead, saying, "that's what most people in Denver are used to."

We walked in eager to find the perfect chairs for our table but left feeling insulted and unappreciated as customers. We won’t be buying anything here, and we hope others have a more positive experience than we did.

We recently purchased a sectional, chair and 2 ottomans from Kristin at Broyhill. It was such a great experience from the beginning to the end! She was so patient with us, as there were so many fabric options and it was hard to decide! She was kind and always in a good mood when I stopped by or called her, which was a few times 🙂 Once we received the furniture we were so happy with how it turned out! It was exactly as we expected and so comfortable. I would highly recommend Broyhill, and specifically Kristin, if you are looking for quality furniture for your home!

Can not wait to see the beautiful creation they helped us build for our new home. Truly impressive classic pieces with great design & beautiful fabric selections. Amazing customer service and kindness. They know how important it is to build a great room for your home and appreciate your story to help you create your perfect space. Check them out before you settle for anything else. Update-furniture isn’t for hard living. The cushions don’t hold form long and look worn out. My husbands chair looks 10+ years old. Not sure the price point matched the value but still a pretty set.

I recently purchased new living room furniture from this amazing family business. The quality of their furniture line is top notch and the fabric choices are both modern and beautiful. But the thing that sets this shopping experience apart from others I've had was the time, expertise, and care that each member of the family provided. They have years of valuable experience and are happy to share that with customers. I was not rushed and left feeling excited about my choices. I highly recommend both their product and process to those looking for a great shopping experience.

The absolute worst service I have ever seen. We ordered our new couch in Sept of 2021. We were told 6 months. 11 months later we finally got it. All we heard is it is because of supply issues which we know exist, but felt more like an excuse. We were never kept up to date unless we reached out or emailed. Their communication is deplorable at best. We were never offered any kind of compensation for the extra 5 months. We did get free delivery, but only after we demanded it. We were told we need to understand what they go through and pretty much told to deal with it. You will be better off going to American furniture warehouse or furniture row. You will probably have better luck getting your furniture in less than 11 months. Please do not waste your time because you will not be happy.

What an amazing experience! I got exactly what I wanted without being pressured or given the impression that I was wasting anyone’s time. Tom had a lot of patience with me and teaching me about quality and also making sure I was getting what I wanted. Yes, I paid a little more but it was totally worth it, with the quality of furniture that they sell and customer service was worth every penny. The whole family is wonderful and I loved the music they had playing in the store. I work for a family own store and we strive in customer service. I finally got to be on the receiving end of excellence customer service! Thank you! ?
