We purchased a Vissani and looked the owner straight in the eyes, demanding to know what type of warranty this unit included. He confidently told us there was a one-month warranty from the store, and if we registered it, we would receive the factory warranty.

In February, we discovered that the unit had stopped working. When we contacted the manufacturer, they informed us that they couldn’t honor the warranty because the unit was sold by an unauthorized dealer. I took this critical information back to the store and confronted the owner, who shockingly attempted to sell me a freezer that I wouldn’t even consider placing in a rundown property. I made it very clear that I’m not struggling financially and could easily buy a new freezer from Home Depot. However, I was reassured that I had a warranty on the unit I purchased from him.

The owner then tried to push another unit on me and dismissed my concerns, claiming he couldn’t do anything. If you’re running a business, you need to stand behind your products. If you knew I couldn’t get the unit warranted, why would you mislead me?

This is unacceptable business practice. If you choose to shop there, ensure they can guarantee that your unit is covered by the manufacturer. Otherwise, you risk it sitting at the roadside waiting for the trash man after nearly five months. Don’t let the reviews deceive you; bad business will always be bad business.

Before you leave the store, make sure the unit has a serial number on the back. Don’t get trapped like I did.

I honestly thought this place was a good place, but the owner should explain and have knowledge about appliances. I spent $1200.00 on a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. Didn't know that the dryer doesn't dry clothes.. The clothes come out wet like you just washed them. It takes hours and hours to even try to get the clothes dry. I only had the machine 2 days and I called to ask the owner of I can return the BRAND NEW Machine and just get a regular old school washer and dryer separate. He said no and I said I wish he had said no returns. I swear this store is a rip off and scam. I just wanted to exchange the machine because the dryer does not dry the clothes . I had 2 towels to dry and it took 4 hours to dry. That's ridiculous. I would NEVER buy from this place again. Owner was very rude when trying to explain. Who the heck wants AIR DRY CLOTHES OR TOWELS . Now I have to buy a actual dryer to dry my clothes. I wasted money for sure. The owner tells me to seel it to someone on marker place. We'll I'm not a scammer like him. The dryer doesn't work to fully dry the clothes. Your clothes will be wet .
