Worst customer service by new owners. We went to get the u-haul and this hispanic lady just shouted at us even we waited and the other customers went past is even we went there first. She said "go to other store if you cant wait, customer first!" Lousy and rude attitude and the husband or maybe another hispanic worker cannot even speak english while checking the uhaul.The white gentleman who did our reservation who might be only a worker was better assisting in our reservation than the owners. Not a racist but would like to emphasize the trauma they did to my partner who was carrying my 4 month baby when she was shouting at him. I would not recommend to get a uhaul here. The u-haul is covered in hay and candies, very dirty. If only the MC hardware had U-haul we will get it fr them. I will not support this lumber anymore and don't deserve even one star.

Most true locals were so nice in this town. This was the first time we encountered this treatment. It does not mean you are the only UHAUL in this town, you can shout at people. You don't deserve to be a UHAUL NEIGHBORHOOD DEALER!

Worst customer service from a store I’ve ever seen to in my entire life. The only reason that there’s store is still open is because it is the only lumberyard in town.

They fluctuate their prices at an astronomical level. Their customer service is the worst. I’ve experienced that any hardware or lumber store in the country.
Along with, they will help the people that they know before you even when you showed up on time for an appointment.

I would never set foot in the store again and I don’t recommend you do.
