Holy Smoke was very professional. They did a great job fixing our vents and stove pipe. We have a challenging, off grid location, and they were open to coming out and doing all of the work. All of the staff were very nice and professional and didn’t push back when I needed to rearrange the service dates 3 times. They were prompt in coming out for a quote, scheduling the service, and doing the repairs. They were diligent in fixing our hot water heater vent, and spent hours making sure it was perfect, even though the cabin is old and has had a lot of rough DIY repairs over the years. All repairs worked great, no leaks. I would totally use Holy Smoke again and highly recommend their services.

The technician was very professional & thorough but I was surprised the service took nearly 4 hours. Two negatives: 1)he brought mud onto my floor & carpets so I suggest company provide technicians with shoe/boot covers; 2)he taped the seams of the chimney pipe & when he removed the tape, it took paint off, leaving 4 ‘stripes’. No acknowledgment in report.

In an age where quality service, communication, professionalism, and honesty are seldom seen in business, Sean and his team exhibited all four while working to repair and replace an old chimney flue. The crew worked for several days, and we appreciated their friendliness and respect toward us and our pets. It went very well from the first inspection to the quote to the finished product.

Holy Smoke performed my chimney sweep and a thorough inspection of my stove. The technician was professional and kept me informed on his findings throughout his service. The report sent with the invoice was very detailed and had pictures of the before and after work. I appreciate Holy Smoke’s expertise and highly recommend them.
