These folks May be selling used appliances but they stand behind them 100%! Their customer service commitment is top notch...you won't get this treatment from a big box store. I've purchased a dryer and a dishwasher and both are superb. Saved quite a bit!
Had some problems initially with the dryer and they fixed it fast and FREE! they legitimately could have charged me for some damage I did during self - delivery, but No!!!That's when I decided to go back for the dryer.
As always, Caveat Emptor, but this family run concern will give you a fair shake...try that with a big box store. If you need an appliance give them a visit...Kathy, Jimmy & Steve are straight shooters!

Happy today! this place is great. I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from them last year. Still works great. My refrigerator was acting up I went today to buy a refrigerator today from them and lucky for me the young man working asked me what my problem was with the refrigertor. I explained the best I could. He offered to come and check it out for me. Guess today was my lucky day cause he fixed it for me on the spot. I don't know what caused the problem, he said it is a simple and inexpensive repair. needed a freezer fan. Can't express how thankful I am to him for being honest and not trying to sell me a refrigerator.

We purchased a freezer from Holly Hill Used Appliances in 2016 and it still works awesome. We were so happy with our first purchase, my wife went back this week and now purchased a washer & dryer for our new home purchase. It was delivered and set up within 8 hours of my wife buying them. Definitley beats the high prices and the wating for a delivery from a big name store.

DO NOT BUY from Kathy's they suck. We bought a washer and dryer worked until the warranty was just about up first the dryer wouldn't work the guy who came out was miserable and was supposed to bring a new belt and never did. Then right when the warranty was up the washer started leaking. Now we can't do nothing about it. SO SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOME PLACE BETTER.

Bought a washer/dryer set. Start button was broken the first day we tried to use it for the first time. They sent a tech out who showed up when he felt like it. Thought he fixed it, well it's been a reoccurring issue ever since. This place isn't willing to do anything about it. Useless dryer, useless customer service. I will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. There's a reason why they always have a ton of appliances. I guess another man's TRASH APPLIANCE is "Kathy's Trezure" and they are definitely profiting from it!

We got a washer and dryer for over $300 and 3 days after the warranty it works only sometimes. The spin only works every other load, the door is broken because the latch was just painted (so of course opening and shutting caused the paint to chip off). It stinks to find my clothes still sitting in water when I'm ready to start a new load, and because of this my water bill has went up. They told me to bring it up and they would fix it but that is not worth the time to go drop off and pick back up only to not know if it'll work. Had someone look at it that said a clutch and/or basket drive (due to the door switxh works and it agitates and will sometimes spin but not always) and it would be costly plus my husband and I work full time, so running around on a fools errand seems benign. They should have replaced it, cane and picked it up or refunded me. I took a chance buying used so I am also to blame for this, but I deal with all local dealers for everything in the hopes of building small businesses in the area. I'm not saying don't buy, just saying check that everything works before that 30 days, because these are not $50 items, they are $150 a peice.

If I could give this a no star rating I would. I visited this shop three time this week. The first day there was a sign that said it was closed and they would be back on Friday 04/06. So I went back on Friday and the sign was still up and they were still closed. So I returned on 04/06 and still this location was closed but now there was not any signs on the door. The usual store hours for Saturday is 10am- 4 pm on the window but yet again it is closed. Sooooooo I went to a different appliance center and payed for new dryer. This was very unprofessional for a retailer to put up signs and not follow through with them. I would rather buy new and not have to deal with this place.

I will not delete my review because it is true and accurate. Belittling people for telling the truth is not a good business practice. Customers want to buy products not hear excuses on why we can not spend our hard earned money!!!!! If your a family owned asablishment maybe you should set up a back up plan Incase of emergency issues arise instead of a awful hand written notes on your door!I guess you don’t know how reviews work!!!!!

Although the store is temp. closed I called and was able to speak with Stephen. he was able to sell and deliver a unit to my house. He was very professional and even came back when we had a question about the machine. I highly recommend these people if you are in the market for a pre-owned appliance.
