Absolutely love the recreation/common areas of Holley by the Sea POA! But the condition/presentation of many of the properties/landscaping around homes questions the enforcement of POA/HOA covenants and deters property purchase in Holley by the Sea.

Been paying a hoa for 2 years. Go here all the time with the wife. Went 7/7 used my card like always. And they said sorry you pictures our not on here I need I'd. Other girl said the same thing to 2 other guests. Clearly it's your systems fault. Wouldn't look me up any other way. Grabbed my ID like this is a high security bank, they still wouldn't let my wife in tell I got mad. Horrible customer service. It's sad and disappointing.

Rescued a big headed tiger beetle from the pool! They are beneficial as they are ferocious tiny predators that kill other insects. They sprint so fast that they experience a kind of tunnel vision. Then they stop to regain their bearings and sprint again! Unfortunately, they fall into the pool as they loose track of their surroundings. I have read that they are the fastest animal on the planet relative to their size. Notice the large mandibles in the pics. Look around the pool edge for more. Help them out and let them go. Watch how fast they run.

Love belonging to Holly by the Sea. Great amenities love the gym and all the amenities. You can't beat it. You can't go anywhere in Navarre and get all of the amenities for HOA fee of 525.00. Money well spent. Love the neighborhood. Very happy here.

This is a comfortable family place with great exercise equipment and friendly gym goers. I go probably 4 times a week and say hi and enjoy the variety. There are three pools, the indoor one is heated when necessary and the outdoor one is huge. There is also a splash pool for the little ones, and lessons with exercise classes for adults. I understand the clay courts are the only ones in this area, I have not yet tried them. They're are also pickle ball courts. But you have to live here, so stop by for a brochure to see everything!

Nice gym, a few repairs need to be made on entry door. Great to work out in the cool. Lots of available options to work out.
