Quality furniture, excellent customer service! We bought our leather couch and loveseat, all with electric recliners, 2 years ago. All was well, holding up good, until the electric recliners stopped working. Thankfully my husband is handy and could isolate the problem down to the little mother board, so we called Larry, sent him a picture of the board, and he was able to order the 2 boards for it. Installed them and now it's working like a charm. Thank you, Larry, for your help and the quick response.

This store has been saying it’s in a retirement sale since I moved here 3 years ago. Back then the prices were terrible and assume they still are but mostly don’t like companies that lie to you and say it’s some sort of sale when it’s really not. They aren’t closing or anything, they just lie to you.

I would not recommend using this business to anyone in town they sold me an unfinished product when I tried to call and ask about ordering the rest of the furniture that was suppose to come with this they had my number blocked the sales guy Trent that sold the furniture also blocked my number as well when I tried to contact him. I ended up showing up to the place and dealing with his manager which is also his father that started yelling out racial slurs and trying to fight me due to the issues at hand the police was called and the manager refused to make the situation right they are unprofessional rude and racist now my children can’t sleep on their brand new bed set I purchased without ordering more parts due to the fact that they didn’t have all the required parts I wish I could give 0 stars

Great prices on beds
My son broke his box spring so we had to go out and buy a new bed for him. We don't have a lot of money. I dipped into High Point Furniture Outlet on 101 S Reilly Rd Fayetteville, NC 28314 because my parents and myself have gotten great prices on beds there before. They have a 50% off sale on beds. The bed I was looking at was about $50 more than I could afford and they brought the price down for me. I was also able to pick it up immediately (no waiting for delivery or paying for delivery). They are so friendly there; I ended up leaving feeling like family. I have never been so pleased with a furniture purchase like this before. I highly recommend them. I will be buying from them again.
