My husband and I bought a power reclining Ashley Battleville sofa, love seat and recliner from High Point furniture in Charlotte, NC. Eric assisted us and was very nice. We also bought the extended warranty. After delivery and using the furniture the love seat made a terrible noise when reclining. They replaced it with another one. It immediately started the noise again. Then the sofa started making the same type noises. We were told by Eric that the sofa would be replaced with another one. That was about 6-7 months ago but haven’t gotten a replacement. We also had to call at least 6-7 times and go back to the store in person to finally get the extended warranty information. I definitely would not buy anything else from this store and certainly NOT Ashley Battleville brand of furniture. If you are considering buying this type furniture take my advice and DO NOT buy this!!!

My Shopping and delivery experience with this company was Great!
However, when my furniture was damaged and I tried to get it repaired or replaced my warranty that I paid hundreds of dollars for was not found! After months of texting messages and sending pictures and many conversations with the insurance company it was found that this company never applied/enrolled my insurance. The insurance company had no record of it. I have called many times to get this rectified and to this day the issue has not been resolved!

This is the third time I've shopped for furniture here, this is the third time I'm going home with more furniture than I was expecting. Bonus points to the one guy, who's name I don't know, who remembers me for what I bought, unprompted.

The prices here are way better than the neighboring furniture stores, the staff are helpful, and while a little messy on the inside it's not completely hostile to the shopping experience and they have been working on that mess and it shows.
