I went to this furniture store planning to buy four dining room chairs for my table, but ended up getting a new table and chairs instead since the chairs I was looking at were over $500 alone. Eddie was patient with my many questions and indecisiveness, and the delivery guys surprised me with the set I really wanted. I will be purchasing my new living room set from Eddie soon. This was a much needed surprise and I’m very grateful ☺️

High Point furniture sold my father a $250 TV for $500. They delivered the TV with no paperwork no box and did not help him set it up. The next day he was hospitalized and 2 days later entered hospice care. We called and asked to return the unused television for a refund since the TV was unused,. They refused to allow us to return the TV even when we offered to pay a restocking fee. The owner, Greg Popkin refused to return our phone calls. Do not do business with these uncaring dishonest people. I think that’s pretty good improve said you can improve the situation by closing the doors.

This business has taken horrible advantage of my grandfather during a terrible time with his health! They price gouged him for a TV, never delivered the owners manual, 2 days later, he was diagnosed with brain cancer. We are trying to have high point furniture, take back the TV, and receive a refund, and they are refusing. Never spend a dollar of your hard earned money here!!

I reached out via Facebook Messenger and was connected with Chase. I gave him the information for the Ashley bedroom set I had been shopping around for. After a 10 minute conversation he was able to meet my needs and beat the local prices of 4 other furniture stores. Additionally, I decided to have it delivered and they delivered and setup my furniture for 1/3 of the price of other places local. I interacted with at least 7 employees throughout this process and every person was polite and eager to assist. I have lived here for 15 years and shipped exclusively with Furniture Fair however after this experience…I will definitely go back to them in the future and I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new laundry set. Very happy with the price and my salesman Damian was great! As I was paying at the clerks windows, the lady taking my money got angry with the salesman because he apparently used the wrong form... She threw it at him and was very disrespectful right in front of me. I told him right then, if I hadn't been treated so good by him, I'd be getting a refund before leaving!
When Damian found out I had an issue, he immediately called to see what he could do to fix the problem!
Thank you sir...... for that I will be back!

Wonderful experience at High Point Furniture picking out the color and type of sectional we wanted. Delivery guys were so kind and efficient. Moved out our old sofa set into the garage for us before bringing in the new stuff.

This furniture store takes advantage of the elderly and overcharges it customers by hundreds of dollars. Do NOT give this place any business! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating loyal customers so terribly.
