High End Appliances is amazing- George the owner goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. He is extremely helpful, patient and kind. I was nervous about making such a large purchase based on pictures only- but after reading the reviews and speaking with George numerous times, I felt comfortable making the purchase. I must have called George dozens of times with a million questions. He was always kind and helpful! He delivered the Sub- Zero Fridge and Wolf Range and both were in perfect condition. His prices can't be beat and his customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for sure! I can’t say enough great things about High End Appliances LLC. George was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend High End Appliances. I was very skeptical buying a Wolf range online. However, when the range arrived, my expectations were exceeded! The range is gorgeous and in perfect condition. When purchasing, George promptly answered the many questions I had and was quick to respond. We live in Virginia and had the range shipped. This was a great experience from start to finish. I was hesitant to order a quite expensive cook top online without seeing it and than shipping it around half of the country. George was on top of everything. E Mails and phone calls were always answered quick and courteous and I was assured that the cook top will arrive in good shape. George went above and beyond to ship the part in the most professional way, that should be a benchmark for other online retailers how things should be made right the first time. Shipping costs were reasonable and shipping itself was quick. I will recommend HighEndAppliances to my friends and coworkers and have no doubt to purchase appliances again when needed with George. We just had our appliances delivered today. George is the best! Great appliances (the name is not an exaggeration) and fantastic prices. George is very knowledgeable on the products he sells, and was very helpful putting together a package of products that met our needs and out budget. He held our purchase until we were ready, and delivered when he said he would. With his warranty and knowledge, I've recommended George to interior designers who have used his products for clients and were very pleased. Overall, a great experience.
