Jerry came to repair my refrigerator. It needed a new ice maker. This was in October. I paid Jerry the full price (parts and labor) He kept making excuses about the part. By January, still no part. I found a place and ordered and paid for the part myself. Got the part within 3 days. Jerry came to my house and installed the new ice maker. Jerry owes me $179 (the amount for the my part). He says give him until end of March and he’ll reimburse me. He gave me a IOU for the reimbursement. Here it is, end of July, no money. I can’t get in touch with him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN unless you want to be ripped off.

Jerry came to my house the end of Oct. He had to order a new ice maker for my refrigerator. I paid Jerry the full price for his labor and the new ice maker. At the end of Dec., he still claims he didn’t have the new ice maker. I took it on myself and was able to get a new one in a day. Jerry came back to my house and installed it. I paid $173 for the ice maker. He couldn’t refund me the $173. He said he would give me the refund at the end of March. Here it is, May 6th. I can’t get a hold of Jerry. His phone number has either changed or disconnected. I drive up to his place of business, couldn’t find it. DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CHEAT!!!!

This man is an amazing person and worker. I have had no problems from him. He does great work. It may take time but its because he does it the right way.. I wouldn't ask for anyone else to do my house work

I went to him a few years ago for a part that I needed for a refrigerator and up on order he stated that it might take a a couple of weeks so when he looked into it further he noticed that it would take a couple of months and I said that's it's okay and I went ahead and ordered it now those of you that are stating his business is bad no it's not true I give him five stars because he is honest with you so those that have a negative comments need to stop I would use his business again and again

Bought a very nice washer front loader for 250 then door stoped working. So called in warrenty to be switched buy a cheap top load washer .he disconnected it leaving it flooding my garage then brought back other n left it not hooked up n a flooded garage

This is a horrible company! No costumer service. They don't show up to appointments, and never call to give status on repair. After 7+weeks, my dishwasher is still broken. Going with another company. No stars for me!
