HB is my favorite store for outerwear, boots, and accessories. I love my waterproof boots!! I also got a matching purse and a great shearling jacket. Extremely unique handmade products with the best quality and prices in Aspen. I can write paragraphs describing how warm and comfortable everything is, but you should just check it out for yourself! Staff is kind, friendly, and prompt.

I returned an item to this store a day after I purchased it, and the owner/manager of the store, Mr Virgile Verellen was verbally abusive and threatening to me, because I had changed my mind on an item purchased.
He not only was threatening to me, even though i was extremely polite and calm, he then threatened my husband and verbally abused him too.
Even his assistant was shocked and embarrassed by his behaviour.
A SHOCKING and Terrifying experience to what was a great weekend in Aspen.

why you are so concern that who give you a good review or not if you are confident in your customer service ?
You call your customer lier!!!!
I’m not the only customer that you lost and you know that !!!
after I stop shopping from your store when you see me on the street you scream at me and using bad language, because I post in google about your customer service and you are angry and still you are!!! I have a bad experience about your store customer service and you are not genuine!!!
“absolutely shame on yourself” all false and not truth about a free gift shoes& any discounts comment!!!people are going to check in on google & read your comment that you wrote about your customer’s it’s clear that how you treat your customers and shows how rude& lier you are!!
I use to shop from your store ,You never gave me a free anything& any discount!!
You are a taker not a giver & you are a very rude person!!
