I love this furniture store. This is a collective Furniture Store known as a manutailer. What is the Man U Taylor you say? I had to look up what a man you tell her is myself so this store concept is from the manufacturer directly into retailers.

The stores Furniture come from multi manufacturers so there is a large variety of different types of furniture for different types of styles. Many of the Styles here represent the contemporary modern style.

There are interesting finds the Prices range from mid-range to high-end furniture.

The store staff is friendly. I recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a nice new piece of furniture that may not be so common.

HD Buttercup has converted this location to a Coco Republic. It’s gorgeous inside. Much more lifestyle oriented. The entry is amazing.

I would give then negative 100 start but no option here.

I purchased a coffee table in Nov 2022, the delivery was expensive so I decided to pickup. I rented a truck went to pick and next thing I found they were giving me the broken table. Great part was the packer immediately came to me and showed me if I am buying this bcz it is broken. I talked to the representative and no help as the rep who help us buying was not there and they didn’t have extra table for pickup.
Next day when I reached there the rep who help us buying confirm me that there was a mess-up as the store have give my purchase to someone. Upon talking so much she promised me that they will get the new table delivered to my house now in Jan 2023 as I wasted my rental truck money and HD will bare the delivery charges.
Fun part the representative is no longer will HD butter Cup and the other representative are not of any help. We went there 2-3 time now help as they start ignoring us. We call main home office customer service then so the phone rep is saying the store has the table talk to them. We called store they are saying we don’t have anything we will have to get it from warehouse. Someone is saying something and other saying something.

Imagine when paying then $2000 I would have done this and showed tantrums. They would have not entered me. As they have the money now they are not will to promise the customer service they promised us.

Suggestions to buyer get everything in writing and keep confirming every day or two to make sure the progress of the promise is on track.
Pay attention before picking they could pack broken stuff and you could not do anything too.

The store had chairs that I liked and had “sold” tags on them. They said they could order them but it would take six weeks. it was at a really good price ($300 less than Pottery Barn) so I decided to go that route. They told me when the chairs arrived I could pick them up or They could deliver. They said they could deliver but never quoted a price. The date came for when they should have called me about the chairs. I had to call them. They said they would check and get back to me. The next day I got a call saying they were getting ready to deliver the chairs and it would be $350. I told them I would have picked them up if I had known. They discounted delivery by $100…. And they persisted that the delivery included “white glove service”.. that the chairs were boxed, they removed packaging, etc. in order to avoid further delay, I agreed to have them delivered. The chairs were in the back of a pickup truck, uncovered and unprotected. It seems that the chairs had been at the shop for a while and were unboxed and being used as floor displays. When I told the sales person that, she said it didn’t matter because they were final sale and I couldn’t return. The final transaction was done via text and I see nowhere on my order “final sale”. The quality of the chairs is good. The deception and lack of follow through on their part for when my order arrived and communication on pick up or delivery will prevent me from shopping here again.

They are having liquidation sale up to 25-75% the entire store. They have a lot of furnitures and the staffs here are very helpful. I would say compare to other HD Buttercup stores, this location offers better price. Furthermore, they wrap your item very careful before taking off from the store. If you want delivery, it would be $200 through the third party.

Buttercup is a great furniture store peppered with unique pieces but disappointingly conservative if you have visited the one in Los Angeles, which has a great sense of humor both in the pieces and the merchandising. Even if you are not searching for furniture to purchase, you should visit it as you would a museum of beauty, quality, and originality. Treat yourself with a "tour." You will probably leave and continue to have non-buyers remorse because you left that (those) remarkable piece(s) behind. I know I am still dreaming about that solid wood tree trunk section coffee table that could never fit in my house.
