I cannot express how great it feels to be treated as if we were their only customer! Haynes Brothers has great furniture, they work with you, and do what they promise! We updated our home furnishings recently at Haynes Brothers’ Furniture in New Smyrna Beach. We are very pleased with the customer service and we liked that the Staff uses a team approach. The Staff offered multiple options and welcomed our many questions and provided answers. When we requested a delayed delivery date it was a non issue, and equally important to us-the pricing was fair!

We are SO pleased with not only the customer service but also the fair pricing of furniture. We received guidance on our purchases and were there late day and returned early morning to complete our selections. Our entire purchase was within budget and we were able to select our delivery date as well! They were patient as as we asked numerous questions until we made our final selections. The Staff works as a team and we did not feel pressured.

Went shopping with a friend who needed to furnish an apartment. We started at Rooms To Go but didn't find much in that huge store. We tried Haynes Brothers next. This place was amazing! The prices were great and the woman who assisted was super helpful. They had lots of furniture to choose from in all price points.

We purchased our entire living room set from Haynes Brothers and the process was so easy! They answered all my questions and accommodated for any troubles or tasks I had. All of the sales people are like no other, the shopping experience was a calm environment unlike any other retail store I've been into. On top of all that they always have a service dog in training (golden retriever) that is so well behaved and a tops off the welcoming environment.
