Unfortunately Haverty's furniture isn't the quality that it used to be. We've recently purchased the Dining table Villa Sonoma and in less than a year the table and chairs have started chipping. The sofa by Gianna has started unraveling as well and of course Haverty's will do nothing to fix nor replace the items. Don't both purchasing the Guardsman Gold insurance either, because it's a complete waste of money! We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company, to try and help resolve the issue. These pieces were thousands of dollars. It is absolutely unacceptable that in such a short amount of time they are falling apart.

Greeted at the store entrance by Sales Consultant. So happened was the same Consultant from a purchase made in 2020. This experience was just as pleasant as the first. Says a lot when the sales staff stays for years, and it’s good to see a familiar face.

Went to Haverty's looking at furniture today. The Sales Consultant, Thomas Webb was awesome at helping us and answering our questions. First time I ever enjoyed meeting a salesman. Lots of inventory to choose from. Great Black Friday prices! We will continue to shop Haverty's!

William Sparks at the Little Rock Havertys was very patient and accommodating in helping me decide on a new couch. We spent an hour and a half together going through all my preferences and I’m completely satisfied that I will be extremely happy with the couch that will be delivered.

2nd visit...first bought a dinner table/chairs and second bought a rocking chair. Staff very friendly with no pressure. Makes shopping actually enjoyable. Furniture high quality...no doubt about that, but expect to pay a bit more for that. Customer service is top notch!

William was very helpful with our major purchases for our new home. His knowledge of the furniture and fabric helped us complete our vision of the style and quality we were looking for. Havertys furniture has amazing quality and excellent pricing. I’m Carolina girl. I grew up with Havertys furniture. He stayed over an hour after closing to complete our purchase.
