Overall, I highly suggest Harney Hardware. I've been 100% satisfied each time I have placed an order or contacted them. I would not buy the products I need from anyone else.

I am so impressed with not only the quality of the grab bars I purchased but the customer service too. The grab bars are everything I want them to be… in place for when we are older and might need them, streamlined to coordinate nicely with my fixtures, and matte black that does not scream hospital shower. When I realized several months after purchase that I did not need separate mounting hardware ( it does take a while to get all the subcontractors out) I had mistakenly purchased, it was long past the return date. Customer service offered a fair partial refund and now those mounts are off to Habitat for Humanity for someone who needs them. All in all a great experience.

I came across Harney Hardware when we were thinking about changing out our door hardware in our offices.
From day one Harney Hardware has met our needs through the ease of the ordering process, tracking and delivery of the order.
The product ordered is of high quality and the packaging is top notch.
We just ordered more interior handles with a keyed lock that was different from our previous order.
Within minutes, customer service Account Manager Jill Ritter called and wanted to know if we wanted the new order to be keyed the same as the previous order. The first words that came to mind was WOW!!

My father was in need of a new door lock for his apartment. After failed attempts to have maintenance repair it, my dad decided to order the part on his own. We'll the first part was not the right one. So my dad called the store explained the situation and they shipped the new part to my dad and only charged shipping. There are very few kind hearted businesses out there anymore. I can say from this personal experience if you are reading this you will be taken care of at this store. My dad and I are very happy with our experience, the generosity, and kindness. Thank you!

Never will order again- Jose the customer service manager is horrible. He also will not let you speak to the owner about his poor customer service skills. They advertise on their website volume discounts for orders if $2500 or more but Jose does not honor this advertising. Jose promises second day ground shipping but then did not ensure that the order was processed to ship 2nd day ground shipping. He is lazy and unaccountable to customers. Shame on the ownership for not providing a way to complain when service falls short!!!

Absolutely love the products and customer service from here!! I first saw the style of front door knob and deadbolt on an interior design show and scoured Google to find the exact same locking mechanism (the only hint I had as it was very uniquely shaped!) Found it, purchased and installed myself in 2021 (even drilled the dead bolt hole as we never had one in the first place!) and have been slowly replacing a handful of knobs in my home each time as I redecorate each room! All the knobs are metal through and through. No plastic or breakable parts. Worth it! You will not be disappointed! And thank you Jill for being so fast in helping with my questions!!

I ordered a one sided door handle from Harney that I was having a hard time finding from my normal sources. It was just what I was looking for. A year later I had a problem with the backset spring latch and reached out to buy a replacement one. Rather than selling me a replacement, they sent me a whole new lock free of charge. That's customer service! I'll be ordering my door locks from them going forward.

Remodeling the inside of our house I choose Harney door handles for the clean look and after installing them we love them even more. Nice and solid fit and they look great! From purchasing them online through receiving them was an easy process. The shipping department does a great job and the box with several handle inside arrived up without any damage.
