We bought a new washer and dryer pair from Harbor Appliance over memorial day. Overall it's been a great experience working with them.

We had to buy the applicances online and coordinate the delivery to a home we're getting ready to move to. The staff at Harbor Appliance were communicative, helpful, and understanding of our situation. Their prices were also better than what I could find for the same models at other stores. So, not only did they have great service, but their prices were also competitive.

Installation also went well. Overall we're super happy. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for any new appliances.

I was looking for a new kitchen refrigerator. Absolutely frustrated with the horrible customer service and delivery I got with my garage refrigerator from Home Depot. Thank goodness I found Harbor Appliance online via the Bosch manufacturer's website! I was able to go into the Harbor showroom - no waiting around to find service like at the big stores. Harbor's showroom had great expert advice, very patient and helpful. Prices better than home depot, too!!! Delivery was the BEST. They were careful, not rushed - in fact the showroom salesman helped deliver the refrigerator, so he knew all about my situation. They take the time to install it right! They were excellent. They care and want to make you happy. If you are looking for a LOCAL, EXPERT, SERVICE FOCUSED appliance store, go to Harbor.

I was shopping for a new washer and a friend of mine recommended Harbor Appliance Store in San Diego. These guys were awesome. They helped me figure out which washer was best for me, delivered and install my new washer and took away my old one in a matter of a few hours. DO NOT HIRE THEM AT ALL! You are better off going to Best Buy or Home Depot. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Installed a dishwasher completely crooked and negligently. They said that once installed, there is nothing they can do about it.

Called to complain about the dishwasher being completely crooked and he said that's just how it has to be. UNACCEPTABLE. He hung up on me too.

They will respond with "cannot find an order under your name" to try and mislead you. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS if possible.

Our water heater broke and we would be without hot water, which is a big inconvenience. We reached out to Harbor Appliances store. The water heater was delivered within two days. The price is very affordable, and the quality is very good. I highly recommend Harbor Appliance store. We have used their services many times and it was always excellent. Friendly and attentive staff and speedy delivery.

I bought a washer dryer set from Harbor Appliances and they were delivered yesterday according to the scheduled date and time. The stairs are narrow but they were brought upstairs carefully without any damage. After they were installed in my laundry closet Rafael and his assistant also made the effort to change the dryer door opening side to make it more user friendly. Small details do show people's thoughtfulness. I appreciate that and would recommend them to anyone who needs recommendations on where to buy their appliances.
