We visited 4 furniture stores before Hanks. We were greeted by Nathan and were asked if we meet looking for anything specific. He showed us to the recliners and told us something about their different types by our concerns and needs. We went back and forth looking and sitting and trying. There was a large selection in a variety of prices and functionality. Extended warranty was offered above the furniture warranty as an option. The delivery and set up was a straight fee no matter how much you ordered. Buying furniture with Hanks was a wonderful experience. They do not follow you around and pressure sell you, there is no hidden fees or free giveaways that end up costing you in the higher prices of the furniture. What you see on the price tag is what you pay. They were very friendly and helpful to find what you need or are looking for. We highly recommend. ask for Nathan.

Great help from Nathan earlier today! My girlfriend and I found a few couches here that we really like and are currently struggling between which one we want. Along with the couches we also found a lot of other decorative items like lamps that we like a lot. Very happy with the customer service and the big selection!

OK so I'm reviewing Hanks here 6 months after the sale because we paid for the insurance on our 2 $6,000 reclining sofa's (2 motor operated, Leather, reclining sofa's) well we've called the store, we've called the insurance company, we've filed a claim through the website, we've done it all, 1 sofa has a broken motor, 1 sofa has a broken footrest (I do have kids as to why I bought the insurance, they said EVERYTHING would be covered) well I'll tell you, we've bought
2 different living room sets
1 king size bedroom set
1 queen size bedroom set
1 twin bunkbed bundle (with matching toybox)
1 full size bedroom set

All from Hanks never needed the insurance until now and it's 100% a scam public be aware!!

I've bought from Nathan, and Nicole, the service is great while your in the store but now that I need what I paid for (the insurance) they've failed!!

Sales guy that was working with me was very professional neighbor checking to see if they could get California King bedroom furniture that I liked very open about the prices they have financing options. I found a few bedroom sets that I really enjoyed I didn't buy anything this time but I definitely will be coming back because so far probably one of the nicer furniture stores in Fort Smith Arkansas.

We had many wonderful experiences with Hanks. Starting with Nathan, our sales rep last year. Who helped us pick out a wonderful sleeper sofa, and chairs .
While Covid issues kept the items from arriving for seven months, the store kept in touch with us with updates. When we received the furniture, everything was great. But the first time that we used the sleeper sofa, it broke. At that point, we spoke with Trisha Humphrey the office manager. She worked hard to make sure that we got a replacement. We are extremely happy with not only how Tricia stayed on this to make sure we got the replacement, but she even kept in touch with us and on day of delivery, inquired if everything was OK. We will always go to Hanks for any future furniture needs. Job well done folks!
