The installation was great. They timely arrived, explained the entire process to me before beginning, confirmed TV heights before actually drilling holes in the wall, programmed my remotes to sync with the TVs, and demonstrated various features of the TVs and sound system. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up the areas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing and installing a new audio/ video system in their home. So here is my story. I hired another company to hang my tv and hook up my surround sound . They did not have the skill set to hook up the surround after being here for hours and ended up leaving with only one out of 6 speakers working. I was not happy. I called Hangman and spoke with a wonderful woman named Jonni . She had a tech Ryan at my house within a couple hours. Ryan was amazing!!! He had the system up and running in an hour. If 10 stars were an option I’d give that great price and customer was above and beyond !

We needed to dismount a tv and mount two televisions. I spoke with Johni who was very friendly and was abke to give me an accurate quote for the work right away and schedule an appointment quickly. The two installers showed up promptly and were also positive and friendly. Jace and Matt were very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the work. I would recommend using hangman for your installation needs.
