I rarely write reviews but I just want to warn other customers of my experience with Hallmark Tire Company in Glastonbury. I purchased my tires there because they they gave the impression they provide "free" alignments. That "free alignment" only comes when they first put the tires on your car. (Which is baked into the cost of the tire) NO FREE ALIGNMENT AFTER INITIAL PURCHASE. I also had to pay for a repair for slow leak due to nail puncture. This cost is normally covered by other companies when you purchase tires with them. They did not even seem to care when I told them I was unhappy and this would be the last time I would purchase tires with them.

I went to Hallmark for a second opinion after receiving information from the dealership, that did not seem accurate. The staff at Hallmark were incredibly professional. They did not criticize the dealership, however, showed compassion for the negative experience that I had. The staff at Hallmark worked quickly and honestly to help find the best solution for repairs with multiple options. The work was completed on time and slightly under the quoted price. I will absolutely use Hallmark for all of my vehicle needs moving forward.

I always feel safe leaving my jeep with Hallmark Tire Company for anything at all that is needed. I trust their honesty, integrity and skills. I trust that what is needed will be done and if anything else if found they always let me know what it is, what it may cost, and how important it is to be fixed. I will not shop for tires anywhere else.
Hallmark employees were all kind and professional. My job was done exactly on time and my lugs were not over torqued
or cross threaded. Really great experience.

So glad a friend referred me to Hallmark for help with my car. Great people, knowledgeable and spoke with me not to me, made sure I knew what was going on and how we were going to proceed and gave me options. I now have a new shop to service our vehicles . Totally trust them and look forward to a long relationship with them! another plus trip to Hallmark, different car, tough to solve but they did again, so thankful for their diligence awesome!

I had a very good experience with Hallmark Tire. Prices are fair. Service was performed in the time they said it would be completed and the guys at the front desk are polite and professional. The best part was I didn’t have to wait in a dumpy waiting area for hours like other tire shops.

I recently moved in the area and was looking for a mechanic. I stopped by Autobody in Hebron and they referred me to Hallmark. I needed my sons car and my mothers car- serviced,
From the very first phone call they have gone way beyond to service both cars. Excellent service! I highly recommend them. I will return and also refer them to my friends and family. Honest, great prices and kind service. Family owned with superb values. Absolutely love this business. We didn’t expect my mother’s car finished until next week and they completed the job early. My mother was so happy she had her car before Mother’s Day.
