Por primera vez entre a esta tienda y me encanto. No sabía la tan grande variedad de plantas que tenían y de herramientas y cosas para arreglar el hogar. Las personas del lado de las plantas fueron muy agradables y contestaron todas mis preguntas. Los precios son muy buenos y razonables. Muchas plantas hermosas que en mi vida había visto. Y hacen “popcorn” en la tienda adentro.

This Store has held its customer values for over 35 years i have shopped with them. On 18 December I walked in and Tyler who is a bright young man helped me make keys for my mother’s vehicle who needed keys for her vehicle after back surgery and couldn't find her keys. Tyler demeanor, professionalism, courtesy and customer comes first attitude is outstanding. I highly recommend Ace hardware for all your keys and or anything related to home improvement. Do not go to idiots of Home Depot or Lowe's. Thank you Ace...keep doing your best.

Things usually work out well for me at this Ace location. Just this year I spent a couple thousand alone on plants for a landscape project at my home. I have nothing bad to say about their crew in the garden center. However, the same can't be said of the experience I just had yesterday, thanks to Ralph. Back in February, and again in April, and then two weeks ago I have been keeping an eye on this Polywood rocking chair that was priced at $309. The first couple times, my wife was with me and she walked up to it and pointed it out to say how much she loved it. Last month I decided I would pick it up before Mother's Day weekend as a gift for her yesterday and when I went to do that, the price on the chair still showing $309, the store with not honor the price. Turns out that they have a price integrity issue and it rung up at $419. Ralph was called to the register for the adjustment and he rudely scoffed and said "I just can't take $100 hit on this one." When I explained how I've been watching this item at the same price for months for the specific purpose of buying it before Mother's Day weekend he offered no sympathy, and just said he's not going to do it. It just doesn't make sense to pay $419 on it when literally every other vendor sells it for $309(even Ace online sells for $319). When I asked why he is grilling me over $100 as if it's going to put them out of business, he then condescendingly tried to explain how "retail works" and how theft is hurting their business, as if he was equating me trying to hold them accountable to their marked price for the last three months to theft. I was a Store manager at 3 major retail stores for 12 years, and I know that mistakes like this have consequences - and the consequence is the choice of the business. I typically chose the one with the lower long-term cost. Ralph chose that instead of taking the consequence of a one-time $100 price adjustment, he would rather risk losing a customer who has already invested well more than $100 or $1000 at this particular Ace. Now, mind you, Polywood themselves sell them for $309, so Ace purchases these from Polywood at a discount even below that, so they would not be losing money, even with the $100 adjustment. Also, it wasn't just one chair marked with this price, but several others had this price or lower.

If Ralph wouldn't have initiated communication with a defensive tone, I still would've been disappointed, but I would shop at Hagan Ace again and I wouldn't have felt compelled to post this review. Good thing there is still Lowe's and Pats Nursery nearby.

Russel is one of the BEST persons working at Ace ! I was a bit skeptical at first , but he prove me wrong ! Also , Russel knows the meaning of the term “ Jimmy Rig “!!!
Give him a chance to prove the value I thought was long gone !

Hagan Ace 32065 is my favorite place to buy flowers for my yard and for my customers. Linda and Corrin are amazing and go the second mile to help me find what I need. I actually felt rescued recently as they found me flowers for a customer that another garden center couldn’t find.

The other garden center employees are also super helpful and kind. Thank you for all you do!
