I have purchase numerous(multiple family members) washers and dryers from Guarantee Appliances and we had no problem. I called for repair and they came out within a day or two and made the repair at a reasonably price. So, this company is honest and dependable.

I say give them a try you won't be disappointed. I see all of the bad reviews and shock.

I called Guaranteed Monday. Toni sent Ned out on Tuesday. He was here from 11:40 TO 1:20. He did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable. He agreed the noise was coming at the end of the washer spin cycle. He pulled out the center of the washer; and I couldn't believe how much grime was in there. He cleaned and stabilized the machine. Total charge was $85.00 and the machine is running like new again.

I have been using this company since I brought my home in 1993. All of my appliances come from Guaranteed Appliances. They are fair in prices excellent in services and honest. The products are always in good condition. I brought a dryer from them about 15 years ago and just replaced it about 6 months ago. The Best!!!!

I have had a wonderful opportunity working with Gary, Ned and the rest of the employees for over 40 yrs. Let me take this time to appreciate all with helping me with over 30 apartments in Golden Gate area with many purchases of appliances over these years and also my home in Stuart Yacht and Country Club and my recent residents on Hutchinson Island. They got parts when others were always waiting especially during Covid. When Ned looks at your appliance he knows what it need and no second guessing. Great company to do business with.

Repair of my washing machine was very quick, same day I called, great relief having it up and running great! Gentleman was curtious and efficient reasonably priced. I recommend Guaranteed Appliances hands down!

If I could give a zero I would. I should have read all the other reviews before going here
I recently bought a washer and dryer from them. 2 months later my washer client work. After calling many other repair companies, I found out that GE is having a problem with the computer in their washers
I called back to find out if the technicians at this style were capable of fixing it and she told me to call back Monday, then proceeded to argue with me
DINT BUY GE WASHERS and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SToRE !!!!

Like Charlie I would give them 0 stars. Paid $300.00 for a washing machine. First one didn't work correctly. Owner stated He will not reimburse us. They brought us another washer. Whole basket broke off track while spinning. Brought us a 3rd washer. Made horrible noises. My husband had to tell them it needed a bushing. After they left I washed a load. It would not spin clothes dry. I called again. They acted like I was destroying their washers. They stated it worked fine when we left it there. I told them to keep their money and they were a garbage company. Paid $300.00 for a months worth of headaches.
