I recently purchased my third appliance from Greer's, this time the KitchenAid 30" Stainless Steel Downdraft Slide In Dual Fuel Range. I can't say enough positive things about the experience I have had with Greer's. Ashley in Sales was terrific. Through several conversations, emails and pictures I sent her of my space she was able to confirm which downdraft range would work for my condo in Settlers Creek. For the install, Charlie and Ramon were exceptionally good. They took great care to protect my new flooring with the removal of the old range and installation of the new one. The alignment of the existing duct work and the downdraft motor and venting on the new unit did not align cleanly. Charlie and Ramon persisted and together we came up with some minor modifications to the existing duct work location to make it all work. Their service and commitment to exceeding expectations exemplifies why Greer's is the only place I would buy an appliance in Summit County. As for the Kitchen Aid range and downdraft, they work incredibly well. I would highly recommend Greer's Appliance and this particular dual fuel range for anyone needing a downdraft venting setup.

I truly never submit any reviews. But this company is amazing and I needed to share. I was in a bit of a pinch getting a fridge installed - one that wasn't even purchased through Greer's. I reached out just to see if they even offer fridge installation, they said they normally don't but would make an exception. Not only did they accept the delivery AND install the fridge, but they moved it up three flights of stairs and even dealt with the built in cabinetry (which complicated the whole install). Al and everyone at Greer's truly goes above and beyond! I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone. If you're choosing between a few different appliance companies, choose Greer's based upon customer service and kindness alone!!

We stopped in here after disappointment at the local big box appliance center. The owner personally worked with us explaining each appliance we were looking for. We purchased an entire kitchen package;(fridge/stove/hood/microwave/dishwasher). The two installers (Angel & ?) were prompt and respectful. Definitely recommend Greer's!

Outstanding shopping appliance shopping experience from the first time I walked in the door through delivery.

Ashley was a huge help picking out our Cafe appliances and steered us toward some choices I think will be perfect for us.

A huge win was that Greer's helped us find a chimeny style vent hood with a rotatable blower. I scoured the internet for hours looking for options and came up empty handed, they found us a model we loved in just a few minutes.

Finally, the delivery service was outstanding. Our kitchen/living is upstairs, without any super easy access. Plus, we just had new carpet and floors installed, and were hoping to avoid marking it up. Jack and his coworker went above and beyond, transporting the appliances (especially fridge and range) over our gravel walkway, up some steep, narrow deck stairs, and right into our kitchen. Super friendly as well.

I'd recommend everyone shopping for appliances in Summit check out Greer's first.

These guys were phenomenal. Our refrigerator starting leaking on a Monday. We had a repair person come on Wednesday, determined it wasn't worth repairing and told us we were on "borrowed time" with it. I spoke with Greer's on Wednesday about 5pm and explained the urgency of our situation. They recommended a new refrigerator and installed it before noon on Thursday. This is just one of many reasons why we won't buy appliances anywhere else.
