I seen a microwave listed online for just $57 with the original price being $155! I called into the Glendale location, spoke with Aaron Hendrix. It was in stock, ready in the front when I picked it up! Very friendly and fast customer service! He even carried it to my car for me! Thank you so much! My mom loves her new microwave !

Bought a stove and refrigerator. Customer service was great! They answered all of my questions and offered quick delivery!

UPDATE: Originally gave 5 stars for customer service… then on the date of delivery, both appliances arrived damaged and were loaded back on to the delivery truck. If I have to wait several more days for delivery, I will be requesting a full refund and shopping elsewhere.

Jose and Danny were fantastic installers, courteous of keeping our house clean and warm and making sure our gate stayed closed to protect our pets. Jessica was a pleasure to work with, she was knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. We have purchased a refrigerator, oven, and microwave from Grand and will continue to work with them for any future purchases.

I thank God for Jesus hearing and answering my prayers!!! I needed a chest freezer and every store that I went to and called, they told me that they would only deliver to the curb! Jesus fixed that for me by having one of the sisters at my church telling me about Grand Appliance in Glendale and it is a beautiful place with all of the appliances that you need. They deliver in your house and they took it in my basement. It is a beautiful freezer and delivery was only $39.00. Andre’s was new but he was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Check it out, you will love it!!

This place is great! It is a nice size store with great prices and selection from top of the line to good quality appliances. I especially liked that it was not too big and I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. My sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. What I wanted was in stock and able to be delivered within two days.

I have looked at every store that carries appliances in the city of Milwaukee and surrounding areas. A friend of mine suggested Grand so I looked on the website saw several things I was interested called them up at the Bayshore location and I was very pleased at what I found. My sales person was great. The displays are fresh and inviting, and I was able to find the dryer that I was looking for. I can’t wait till it’s delivered and let my friends know that I found a new store that really cares.
