I was verbally assaulted by the lady there stating she owns the place when in fact she does not. She stated she buys all the food there when it is actually donated. All of this was done because I asked her to please stop yelling because it is embarrassing and it's hard enough to ask for help. She immediately started verbally attacking me despite the fact I asked nicely. I was there helping my disabled mother in law and within 1 minute of the attack she wanted me to leave my disabled mother in law and leave. I was trying to help my mother in law and get my son to leave. She stated she called the cops but she didn't. I was very respectful and I did tell her she is supposed to be a lady of god. I was trying to leave but couldn't get my mom and son out apparently fast enough for her. We was asking for help. She had no right to attack me in that manner in front of children. Shame on her and shame on the actual owner for allowing this behavior from someone who is supposed to be an adult and a woman of god. My child was scared and I was trying to get help.

We love Grace Place. All the volunteers are so sweet. We appreciate all the help they give in our community. It is awesome to have a place to go when you're in need. Thank God for everyone that serves in this ministry. I love seeing all the neat things that people donate.

I give five stars for the people who helped a month ago. We sign in and the woman behind the desk today Thursday 07/2023 told my friend it only shows her on the paperwork not her husband or three grandbabies. The people who helped a month ago were very professional, kind, considerate and helpful. They got all our paperwork done. I asked the woman how is it not in your system. She said I don't know. I asked her were does the paperwork go. She said we enter it in and it goes to another office. She said she didn't have to serve me she could turn me away bc she said I was getting loud. I wasn't getting any louder then she was. Then she told my friend it shows you live in Welling,Ok she said yes and the woman behind the desk well we can't help you bc of were you live. So me and my friend walked out. Then I walked back in and asked her for her name so I could report her. She said I'm the director. I said that's not your name what is your name she said just tell them I'm the director. I walked back out took four steps turned around went back in and told her so since you're the director you probably deleted the other four people she had in the system and I left. This so called director is judgemental no kindness in her heart. The devil has some hold on your ugly heart of judgement. Father in heaven put her in her place she has no business being in authority with anything to do with helping the ones in need in Jesus name I pray for her judgemental heart. My friend has been through in one year five back to back life changes that would've took any other soul to the grave and she's still healing from them and she's taking care of her three grandsons along with her husband. That woman has no business dealing with the needy with that ugly attitude.

It's not the cleanest. They have excellent clothes for small children just wash them as soon as you get home bag and all. There selection is very limited on clothes for teenage boys. No shorts, pants,or shirts to fit huskey boys and very few clothes for teenage girls that have a bubble butt and thick thighs. But ok for older generation and young children.
