Purchased a used Kenmore Dryer. It worked for 3 mo and totally stopped working. Paid about $300. I know it was used, but it "conveniently" stopped working after their warranty ran out. Referred me to a repairman (not employed by them)- $85 to come out.

I needed a hard to find 20" electric stove (mine died after 22 years) and found GP Appliance on Google. This size costs more than standard size, nearly double for brand new. I can't afford it on social security.
Many stores I called were rude, impatient. But GP guys were so nice. They even offered a very reasonable delivery charge (about half of competitors). They made an old lady very happy today! This stove is like brand new, excellent. And even a warranty. Thanks guys!

Great price, great service! After delivery of washing machine we noticed a small leak from the front loading door, they came right back out and adjusted it. Called today (we bought this washer from them a few months ago) and said that there was something wrong with the washer and he didn't even hesitate, said we will be right out with a replacement. Great people to do business with, highly recommend!

Shopping for used refrigerator Sat. afternoon. Arrived at 2:15pm and store was closed. Sign on door said closes at 4pm. Called# and man answering said "oh, we close at 2 pm on Sat.". Spent 20 minutes from my home to get there!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
